What is the rose made out of & especially the pedals? Thank you in advance for your help.

I don't know exactly but it looks a little like very thin pearlescent plastic for the pedals. I believe the leaves are made of the same plastic and look gold when the light is off but when you turn the light on and look closely you find you can see through both the pedals and the leaves. The light string is very thin so it doesn't mar the beauty and the way its wound around; actually makes it look a little whimsical. When you turn on the light it looks almost exactly like the rose in the animated Disney "Beauty and the Beast" movie. Its absolutely GORGEOUS and I LOVE mine. I read my Kindle in my room before going to bed most nights and I turn that on so I can enjoy it at the same time. Bedroom lights are off. I hope this helps.

Is the rose itself colored purple and blue, or are the LED’s colored?

The rose is an iridescent color and the leds are clear, when you turn the lights on it glows purplish pink. It's beautiful with the lights on or off.

How do i replace the glass dome? My daughter broke mine.
