I can't figure out how to clean it. The head does not push up like the directions say it is supposed to. Is there a video tutorial?

Well, instruction was written very clear how of remove the blade head, in Martian though. But here is my instruction in English of how to remove the head and where to add oil.
1) Lay the unit on table, upside down. Follow the metal toothed-blade and continue with the plastic base with grooves until they ended at the upside down U shape plastic piece. Where the base meets the U shape piece there is a tiny gap that you insert a knife (use a round and not a pointed tip) into the gap (at center of the bottom of the U)and pry OUT and UP the base from the U shape piece. The base has a short tongue (under the knife tip) where latch to the U piece.  Once you have the grooved base slide out 3mm and tilted up, the head will come out. To remove the white ceramic blade, just lift the ends of 2 spring rods. The ceramic blade slides along the metal blade at 3 bearing surfaces which need oil. To install the head back, it's best to show using pics but I cannot attach pics here so I try my best: move the length selector to 1.9mm, turn the motor shaft so the accentric at center. The main unit has 2 metal clips to hold the head at the 2 black plastic arms ( not the long movable legs but the fixed short arms). Lay the head on the main unit with cutting teeth met the main and the short tongue tilted up and try to get the arms behind the main's metal clips mid-bend points (not the tips). One the arms latched behind the metal clips then push down the base until the tongue snapped under the U piece. Done. It's very easy to describe in Martian but messy in English; sorry.

First I’d like to say I am glad to have it . It’s great. You charge I up and it lasts about what they say . We have 120 volt power here in USA so if you have that type of power and can charge it you can use it anywhere.
