Good price
Digging through old stuff i found my old creative zen microphoto mp3 player from back in my high school days lol I wanted to see if it still worked but of course battery was too old it never charged so searched it up and found this! I immediately replaced it as soon as i got it delivered and to my surprise it worked!!!! Im able to turn it on charge it and even listen to all my songs again! Of course the mp3 players screen is very dim but thats nothing to do with the battery. But this product totally worked! Im here in August 2026 lol

Worked as described.
Got this battery for an old Creative Zen Micro MP3 player made in 2004. It brought my old playlists back to life. Battery seems to run for a normal amount of playtime from what I can remember. Shipping was fast product was as described.

Good for the short term (*very* short term)
Worked great until it didn't. Which was two months (and 4-5 charge cycles) after purchase. Won't take a charge, (obviously) won't hold a charge, and -- because the Zen Micro apparently requires a living, breathing battery to operate (even if running off USB/AC adapter) -- now renders the entire device non-functional when installed. At least the old batteries have enough oomph left so you can use the unit with plug-in power. This one is headed to the landfill.

Brought life back to old mp3 player
This seems to work well, as it took a charge and allowed my old Zen micro to run for hours. I'm not sure how much of a life span it will have but it's good so far.

Revived my creative micro
I found an old Creative mp3 in a thrift store for 3 bucks It wouldn't power up or charge. Took a chance on this and it worked fine after an initial charge. It was already loaded with music, lol. I may change some of it though, if I can find a driver disk for it. I tried a Bluetooth transmitter with it and that works too.

Zen Micro back from the dead
Update: After more than 18 months and dozens of recharge cycles, the battery is still going strong! Original Review: Works great at a fairly low price. My old Zen micro still works, but the original battery was giving me only about 20 minutes on a charge. This battery charged up well, and now I can record and/or play for hours on one charge. Don't know yet hw it will perform after many, many charges, but so far so good.
