Very comfy & everything I expected.
We loved the comfort of the bed . I was hesitant at first buying a bed online . But as we took the bed out of packaging, I told my husband to carefully remove in case we needed to return . But thank God it turns out to be very comfortable. Also we romoved our old bed and put this new one up within and hour !

No tools!!!!
I love that it took no tools to put this together. Legs screw on and plug in the controls. Turn over and put mattresses on. Works great!!

If you're looking for a firm mattress then this is not the bed you want
Mattress is wayto soft. I bought this for my mom and dad. My dad loves it. I have to order a different mattress for my mom. She can't even lay in the bed. She sinks and is constant pain from the softness of the mattress. Everything elsr was good though

Raising mechanisms out of alignment, it pops in the tracks with a loud noise. Very aggravating!
