I bought these so I would always have green peppers for chili. I love chili and being handicapped I can’t run to the store every time I want to make it, so based on other reviews I bought a can of these and am so glad I did. I added the recommended 1/4 cup plus a little extra since my recipe was a little larger than the recipe on the can and crossed my fingers. I can’t believe how good it was. I could taste the green peppers flavoe better than with fresh peppers, the exception being when I grow my own peppers. These however were just as flavorful as my homegrown bell peppers. I liked them so much I just ordered a second can so I don’t have to worry about running out. I’m going to try them on my flatbread pizza and breakfast scramble. Absolutely worth the money.

These are absolutely perfect! I buy fresh peppers, but when I need one they have gone mushy. With the dehydrated peppers I always have them when needed. Liked the brand so much I’ve ordered sliced potatoes, onions, celery and mixed vegetables. Shelf life makes them convenient and durable. Plus when rehydrated they’re the same quality and flavor as fresh.

Great flavor here! Perfect for when you don’t have any fresh bell peppers. You get a lot. This is a great value. Great for omelets

👍🏼: Perfect true bell pepper taste & smell; Easily incorporates into recipes; Great option for people living alone; Make as much or as little as you want at once; Comes in a totally reusable steel can (when you buy the bulk sizes); Excellent shelf life - I keep mine in fridge for even longer shelf life; Great for RV, Boat & Truck lifestyles; Love the other various veggies they sell! Some of their veggies have different type of cuts (sliced, diced, etc c). 👎🏼: It can get a bit pricey, especially when you buy the larger sizes. BUT, they last a long time AND I don’t have any waste this way.

Good quality but a little pricey for a can that is half-full at best. I don't know why they waste so much space by using such large cans and only filling them half-way like this. Put it in smaller cans that take less storage space from customers ore fill these up and charge accordingly.

Now this product is the best .. It has a shelf stable life of 30 yrs .. take out a few tablespoons with a small layer of water over it in 15 mins it’s like I just cut a fresh pepper! I put this in all my dishes soups and stir fry.. The value is amazing my guess is 100 green peppers in one can in small perfect size shreds! For 13 dollars or so..It keeps its taste and cooks easy you can’t tell the difference between just cut of a vine.
