Great, but smaller base that expected
Works great, but know that the base is smaller than the top, so the rack I bought doesn’t fit the container.

7 quart Sous vide container that could a better fitting lid.
So generally good quality build but the lid as you can see in the pictures doesn’t sit really flat on the container so I think that contributed to what I felt was unusual water loss during a 190 degree F 4 hour cook. You can see a pretty big gap around cooker but I gave to credit that to the fact that this is made to fit a variety of cookers. Not a huge deal but that is what made it 3 star to me. For a small container useful still.

Too narrow to be a proper Sous Vide container
The Everie Weighted Sous Vide Rack is too narrow on the bottom to fit in this container. Of course there is no opening for a sous vide device in the lid either.
