I love this fountain! No, it's not super high quality but it's great for the price. Easy to assemble. Looks good in my yard. Sounds great! The birds like it too. I'm so glad I got it!Update: I've been enjoying this fountain for a few weeks now. Watching up to 8 little goldfinches at a time drink & bathe in this fountain brings me so much joy I had to change from 4 stars to five. They don't even use my other bird baths anymore. Money well spent!!!!!UPDATE #2: Now I've had this lovely fountain for a number of months. The longer I've had it the more I love it! I have a flock of around 40 Robins here that are now enjoying this fountain. I wish I could share some pics wuth you all but I don't know how. It has nearly run " out of water and never hesitated working. It has completely frozen and still works! Best money ever spent!!!!

Purchased this fountain because I liked the look and wanted a bird bath with running water to attract the birds. Well, the first one I purchased I had to constantly fill with water because the pump was too strong and the water would splash out. I was not able to adjust the flow to because the lever needed to do that wasn't installed. So I contacted the vendor and they sent me a replacement fountain, pump and all. This pump had the lever, and I set it on it's lowest setting. It still was too strong - not sure if the control didn't work and it was stuck on high or what. No matter - I resigned myself to filling this up in the morning every day as I had been doing. Well, I did fill it up this morning and to my dismay, the fountain was completely dry when I checked it late afternoon - this had never happened, there was always some water in it. So the pump is now burned out. A few days ago I contacted the vendor to tell them the pump was still too strong, and have received no reply. I guess it isn't totally useless - it can serve as a bird bath, but I would not have purchased this one if I only wanted that and no running water. Really disappointed.

I happen to like this fountain. It’s the second replacement in 4years. Reason for replacement? They make it impossible to trade out water pumps. It’s not built to be replaced.Having said that. I set this in my backyard and the birds love it. Hummingbirds bathe in it as do other birds, even robins and orioles. This is the only fountain ( other than a big expensive three tier pedestal fountain….. I wish) that the birds seem to like.It was easy to put together .. trust me the pump may seem difficult to get into place, just keep at it. It does fit.

Well you absolutely get what you pay for!! This is very cheaply made. It isn’t level at all. It’s very light weight. I u bolted it to a concrete paver and that’s working great. Just isn’t level and no matter what I try it doesn’t work. I have the pump set to low and that’s perfect flow. I unplug it at night because the water will run low. I have to add water to it daily. It’s very cute just wished more effort had been put into making it.

The fountain design is very nice, and it is a charming display when operating. Some buyers complained that the fountain was unstable and blew over in high winds, so I obtained four L-shaped iron rods (like tent stakes) and anchored the fountain by driving the long part of the L's into the ground with the short parts extending over the base of the fountain. However, there has been no severe storms since setting up the fountain, so I can't vouch for the effectiveness of that anchoring system.My major complaint, however, is that the fountain came with absolutely no instructions for assembly and with no parts list. I, therefore, had to assemble it guided only by the picture on its carton, which worked all right for stacking the fountain parts, but absolutely no help in setting up the internal water pump.I finally figured out the internal water pump set-up, but I later realized that I had not positioned the water pump quite properly within the fountain I also missed installing a small part of the water pump that I had overlooked when unloading the carton and did not know it existed because there was no parts list.I found that part when checking through the carton before disposing of it. I'm assuming that it is a filter cage for the water pump, but I didn't want to disassemble and reassemble the fountain to install it, especially since I am only guessing at its function.To sum: if you don't mind a guesswork assembly and a possibly unstable structure, it is a nice looking fountain

This fountain is so beautiful, bigger than I expected, and better quality, definitely buy it just a few things to know: You can adjust the water flow if it is on, medium or high, the water basically splashes itself out of it, and you are refilling it a lot, especially if it’s windy, but on the lowest setting it functions beautifully perfectly in the water flows evenly over the sides, if it is medium or high, it tends to just be too powerful for itself. I used the pins to it and i leveled it, attaching the copper tube to the pump to the bath can be tricky but all easily done. Really really beautiful. I have had neighbors compliment me on it, and people that I have shown have had incredible reactions and it’s just a little fountain lol. It’s so relaxing, I bought it to attract birds, so my dog will be stimulated looking outside the window and it works doing that beautifully. Sparrows especially love it.

It looks pretty. It is ok plastic. Assembly was ok but I think the treading on metal post in not correct so it does tighten well. When it works it is pleasing. Often the pump is running but no water flows . And sometime the pump is in hyper drive and it flows very well. It is not due to low water. I have reached out to manufacturer, and they have replied. I will see what outcome will be. But either way, it probably would have been easier to just return it to Amazon. 😞 if it had worked when assembled it would be good value for money. But currently just frustrating

A few years ago I purchased a fountain from this company that I have been very happy with. However the pump finally died and replacing it was something of a nightmare but not the nightmare of this purchase. The first one came in a damaged box with several layers of tape over the original tape. On inspecting the parts, the large pan had been cracked and it leaked. The exchange was the easiest I've ever had on Amazon. I received the replacement even before the return was received. Today I opened the box and attempted to assemble the fountain. The one I bought some years ago went together in about 20 minutes. Not so this one. Parts didn't fit squarely, but with work finally did line up. The pump would not f it properly because too much cord had been left at the top. The adapter for the pump to the copper tube was put in backwards. The nuts on the copper tube were on so tight that it doesn't fit properly to the pump. The only reason I am not returning it is because in attempting to get one of the nuts loose I have scratched up the tube. The tube, in the instructions, shows a copper piece that holds it in place. Not so with this tube. The fountain, itself, would be a nice addition to the garden but now I have a bird bath with a pump sitting in it. I have photos but am too tired to post at the moment. Maybe later.

It's very durable, practical and a beautiful fountain. It leaves a great impact in your garden. It's a centre piece item for my garden, I get compliments from the visitors all the time. The moment you enter the garden, it catches your attention. It's aesthetically beautiful, Alpine customer care gives the amazing customer service - world class! they do everything possible to keep their customers happy!! I highly recommend it. By the way because of their fine quality and pricing, I'm a regular customer of Alpine. Product was as expected,lightweight and functional,looks good.Problem is that the assembly instructions were a photocopy of a photocopy of a ...........Cannot read.Took awhile by trial and error to assemble.With a CLEAR copy of instructions,assembly probably be 20 mins.For a product over $110 ,a clear assembly sheet would be the lowest bench mark
