No. If you’re looking for energy, or something makes you want to run through a wall, I don’t think this formula is for you. The first ingredient, L-Citrulline, will aid in your nitric oxide production, thereby relaxing arteries and increasing blood flow. This gives you a full, hypertrophic feel (aka - the “pump”). Agmatine sulfate achieves something to a similar effect among other mental benefits. Beta Alanine helps with muscle fatigue and increases exercise capacity (more reps or weight). L-tyrosine, L-theanine, theobromine, and huperzine A all have positive effects on cognitive function. You’ll feel more keyed in during workouts and be able to focus on form or pushing to failure better. Hope this helps.

how does this compare to Legion Pulse?

Pulse has alpha gpc. This does not. This has vitamin B 6 and B12, Pulse does not. By per scoop dosing this is half the cost for almost the same formula.

Why did you take out the norvaline

I can’t speak for them, but new evidence on norvaline has indicated that it maybe neurotoxic even in small doses.

What flavor is most sour?

Grape is fairly sour as well. Haven’t tried the other flavors, but 1 scoop of grape has my tongue twisted
