They don’t burn well. More just ‘char.’

What is the diameter of the logs?

This set is 3 inches is the smallest 2 1/2" in that area to around 5" being the largest I try to find five in that range around the same size. Every order varies if a customer wants a specific size all 3 or 4 or 5 inch diameter we make sure they get what they want makes our job easier. Morris and Company

can they be cut to 16" or is 18" the only option?

18" is the only option as to length when you buy them but they are easily cut when you receive them as the wood is soft. I split them lengthwise on a band saw for my use as a picture frame.
