This India flag is 3 feet wide and 5 feet long and this flag has been processed for UV fade resistance.

Is the flag washable?

I have not had to, but if I did it would be a by hand wash. I didn’t see any label about it. However, this is not an expensive flag with robust material and stitching. I would. It machine wash a Finely made flag ether though. Definitely air dry.

If by that you mean the “Khadi and Village Industries Commission” I can’t really understand how that’s relevant. As for following and respecting the code for using the Indian national Flag, it’s up to the user so again, not sure how that’s relevant if you’re buying a flag. The quality is good though.
