My favorite beans, we have them on subscribe and save. I ordered the organic Ethiopian and if you are into lattes it pairs beautifully with one pump vanilla and one squeeze Carmel sauce. Once I got these beans I rarely feel the need to go out for coffee anymore and when I do it doesn’t come close to what I’m able to achieve at home.

This coffee is well-balanced with low acidity. The flavor profile is milder, but it’s incredibly smooth. Love it.

This coffee is a great alternative to my NESPRESSO addiction. It’s got a smooth mocha chocolate flavor and is low in acidity. It’s not super aromatic, though, so that might not be a big deal for you. It’s also saved me a lot of money. The coffee was roasted in October and arrived in December, so it’s not as fresh as I’d hoped, but it still brews a decent cup of drip coffee.

Disappointed, very mild under flavored and underweight supposedly 12 ounce measuring for less than that; I have to discontinue the subscription!

Surprisingly fresh for an Amazon delivery. Rich flavor and no static in the grind. Hints of dark chocolate and subtle tangerine. It's hard to find fresh coffee through Amazon as usually they've been sitting in a warehouse for a year or longer and have long gone stale. This tastes roasted within the last week or two. Nice.

For years I bought green beans from Sweet Maria's and roasted my own. After trying coffees from beans all over the world I started buying only Yirgacheffes, because they were just clearly and consistently the best-tasting coffees, with a clean mouth feel and bright complex flavors including notes of fresh and dried fruit. I also learned what I like in a roast, and that anything beyond city roast was essentially burned and bitter, and its flavor (and caffeine) destroyed. But roasting was a tedious chore and occupied half a day a week of my time that I can use in better ways. Unfortunately until recently, no one sold a perfectly roasted fair trade (very important) Yirgacheffe coffee, and certainly not at a reasonable price. Well, long story short (too late), here it is! It's the best whole bean coffee you'll ever find. No need to search further. This is the coffee you want.

I love this product and I’ve ordered it many times in the past that have a sub disappointed when I open the bag this time. This coffee is usually a fairly light roast and it’s wonderful, however this time it was very much a dark medium roast and not nearly as tasty. A company like this should always expect perfection and should not change the product without notify the customer. The beans were noticeably darker and I had proof of that in that I had a few left from the previous batch. Is there anyway that I can expect this to be corrected or should I look for another resource? How do I speak to the vendor about this issue?? Thanks, Coffee Lover!!
