Will this cause people to get green tint in their hair like a copper algaecide I've tried in the past?

after I use this i would like to drain the pool halfway but the drainage goes into the grass, will it kill my grass?

No, it will not kill your grass. However, why are you draining your pool? Once you use this, make sure your chemicals are still balanced and then get some FLOC. Add as directed and after it has run in your pool for a while, turn your pump off for 24-48 hours. Everything should drop to the bottom of the pool where you can vacuum it out; make sure you put your filter to waste. That's what we have done with a great deal of success. Good luck!
