Bought this for my son. He loves it. There was a small problem when it first arrived but seller's communication was brilliant and the problem was sorted out without delay

Brought this as a cheaper alternative to the ‘spar bar’. On the day it arrived I received a phone call saying a part had not been put in my box however it is now being sent out and will be with me tomorrow which it did arrive by. Annoyingly I couldn’t use my new spar bar that day however I must applaud the service, the man on the phone was very apologetic and explained it all and was very professional, it’s also great they picked up on it before I even received the item. Once arrived I set it up which was easy with the easy to follow instructions however I can’t tell if the head(top punch bag/ball) is screwed in properly, it’s fully tightened but looks like it has about 5mm to go down? However it does work perfectly fine. Great product.

The item is very poorly made. The quality standards are poor from the brand and stickers through to the toughness of the pole. Broke on first day for me. The response and support for item was also poor. I would give it any stars if that was an option.

Product arrived promptly. Ordered for my 14 year old son. He loves it. It's very strong and robust but we did have one problem with one of the parts. We contacted the seller and who was really helpful and advised us to send the past back. Within 2 days we had received the part back. We had lost 2 of the screws and contacted the seller again and again Ahmed was really helpful and nice and has even gone and got us the screws and sent them to us. Great customer service!

Not a bad bit of kit, does the job but the bad spinround doesn't seem to be as quick as the standard sparbar branded bar, also the swivel at the top falls off very easily after just a few hard punches

The head target on the bag broke after one punch and only the spinning bar works. I should have gone with a better brand.

This broke within a week.of my 13yr old son using it. Then a few weeks later it broke in a second place. It was a xmas present. Very disappointed!! The seller refunded the complete cost after a few email correspondence.
