Better than the rating
I don't know why this item is rated so low. Put it on my 92fs and it fit perfectly.

Great product but you need to install it properly
I have done lots of research and this appeared to be the best cost effective solution for my 92 FS brigadier. I received the item in a couple of days and I’m happy to say the product is exactly as described and fit perfectly to the beretta. Now, be careful when you install it.. if you try to place the curved extreme of the rail over the trigger guard the rail adapter won’t fit and if you try to force it, it will scratch the frame under the barrel. You need to leave about 0.5 mm space between the rail accessory and the guard. You will see that once installed it would fit perfectly. The installation took me about 3-4 minutes.

It doesn't fit
Stop! Don't buy it. This Transaction Caused a big Riff Between Amazon And I...Because of it, I had Decided To Stop shopping with Amazon... And no longer be their customer after years of shopping with them. Amazon is no longer siding with their own customers, outside vendors ruined the Amazon experience. I am very mad at the person who wrote the feedback, that fit his Beretta 92 FS, NO It doesn't. The screws are too short and strips the threads, and the worst of while you trying put on you are Sratching your gun. I went on Beretta's web site and they have the real McCoy, more expensive, but it explains to you that you have to have a straight barrel frame, if it has an angle it doesn't fit. And all the Berretta 92's have a slight angle. I thoughts you guys like to know. I had to investigated, and this was what I had found, and I hope it helps. By the way, if you must have a rail, get a gun with the rail.

Works with effort
TL;DR if you are willing to put the work into fitting it up CORRECTLY, it is a very nice rail. I purchased this for my 92S knowing full-well that I would have to hand fit it to the pistol. Out of the box, the rail likes to shift down the trigger guard to the point where it is under the trigger. I filed around the rail with a flat file to match it up to the curvature of the frame. After this, I used a round file to concave the rail so that it would secure to the frame better. When I finished roughing it out, I candled the frame and fit up the rail to identify high spots and touch filed it from there. Now it is firmly attached and has remained secure through 200 rounds thus far. Total time to fit it up was around 3 hours. Well worth the effort.

It works, but not out of the box
Shipping time was fine, the packaging was good and it came with instructions, however this accessory will not fit your 92fs right out of the box. First, the two raised 'ears' on the top and front of the device that contact the frame of the pistol will need to be bent outwards in order to properly mate with the frame, they are too tight otherwise. The vertical piece on the underside is actually two brackets that connect through a wedge-shaped piece that is part of the accessory body, the screws that hold them together are small and finely threaded, and these brackets are meant to clamp this thing onto the trigger guard. First, the dimensions are all wrong, and if you try to tighten this thing down without modification, youre likely to strip threads off the screws or just not be able to thread them on at all. This whole thing is made of aluminum, and youll need to take a dremel to either the wedge-shaped vertical piece that the clamps mate with or widen the holes in that piece that the screws go through. If you use this, be prepared to lose some finish off of your gun...I myself may be using jb weld to basically make this thing a permanent modification to the pistol, and would be duracoating everything afterwards. If you want to save money or fool around with a cut-test-cut-test project, then this is the right one for you...otherwise fork over the extra 40 and try out something else. NcStar isnt exactly known for high-quality products.

Needs minor sanding but will fit very well on M9
The only things I had to sand down were the little wings on the end but otherwise it fit great on an M9. Also, I thought the smooth parts that hold the part to the trigger guard were plastic but they're also aluminum, which is a nice surprise.

Just buy it...
This thing is awesome. Fits like a glove. No play at all. If you have a Beretta 92fs you should have one of these. The rail is metal. It comes with the Allen wrenches to install it and it took less than 1 minute to install it. I've fired 800 rounds during 1 range trip and it's still just as tight as when I put it on. This is a much better option than the recover kit. Just buy it. I can't vouch if it'll work on the taurus knock offs but it's an exact fit for the Beretta.

Poor design, pain to install
There’s not much to love about this solution, other than it’s cheap. The M92FS has a sloped under barrel, this does nothing to compensate to bring the mount level. Hard to fit snug as well, needed multiple attempts to install correctly and the screws are very hard to align. No directions included to provide techniques to make it easier. Cheap parts, they got worn from slightly over-tightening. Finally got everything going and after 4 rounds at the range it came loose and I was back to square 1. I chucking this and going with a pricier solution.

Perfect add-on without adding the bulk!
It was nice and small so it didn't make the barrel bulky however it didn't quite line up correctly so I had to make some adjustments but overall a very nice addition to my baretta.

Garbage
Doesn't mount properly, isn't level to the gun, and broke first use! Do not buy this.
