So-so. I have Plantar Fibroma and the cushioning did help a little, it they were very hard to get in my shoe even after trimming them. I found that a stiff insole with the arch back from my Fibroma much more useful. The Superfeet worked much better for me.

My impression is that the area under the ball and heel of the foot is too thin to do much. Now if the whole insole had been the same thickness as that under the arch then this would have been 5 stars

I am very disappointed in this product and would definitely not recommend. Do not waste your money! My feet hurt in my shoes as they did before I put in the insoles. We have bought Dr. Scholls insoles and they are far better than these! I am very unhappy I wasted my money!

No las recomiendo, me parece que no sirven para nada, las usé un día y casi quedan destruidas,hubiera sido preferible recortar cartón corrugado.

No resisten 2 dias de uso, no son completamente de gel, traen una capa de tela y esa tela no resiste.

Plantillas muy delgadas, que al mes de uso se rompieron, prometen ser para trabajar, pero gel de muy baja calidad.
