Why is mine taking over a month to get to me

The item pictured shows an expiration date from 2014. Are they all going to be outdated?

Whats the difference between the basic pack and the premium pack other then the 4 dollar price difference ?

The premium is helluva lot bigger.

Will the item melt during the shipping process?

Absolutely it will melt and turn into a blob, and it taints the entire chocolate in look and flavor. They should never ship this product without a dry ice pack. I ordered four and they were all disgusting, a total waste of over $20! I'm pretty angry about it.
