How do you wash the t-shirt?

The light is attached to the shirt by velcro and the battery pack and wire sits in a sewn in pocket. You simply remove the light and take out the battery back and wire then launder the shirt.

I'm confuse with the description... am i buying the shirt or bracelet or it comes with both???
