Sophie Conran White Low Covered Casserole

This piece from Portmeirion is gorgeous. High quality, going to be perfect for holiday dinners- very functional and utilitarian while still being beautiful and so very unique.

I was just looking for a “pretty” dish for Easter dinner, but THIS is so much more! It was packaged carefully and beautifully, more substantial than I expected, well crafted and just SO pretty! I’m taking another look at this company.

First of all the packaging was superb and you can tell the seller cares for its clients. My shipping address is quite far and I was afraid the casserole will be broken upon arrival, but thankfully it was not. The color and design I want for serving utensils like this casserole is plain white with no fancy paint decorations but with superb sculptured shape like the running etched parallel lines around the casserole. My porcelain plates are quite colorful and fancifully decorated, so I want my serving utensils not to fight for attention from my plates. So this simple but elegant casserole serves to highlight my plates and at the same time doesn't get unnoticed because of its sharp contrast with the plates.

I really like my new bowl. I serve a lot of soup & this is really perfect for me. Being able to put it in the oven or microwave is great. Perfect size. Looked so pretty on my table.

I had guests for New Years and I need it a soup tureen. This was perfect for a party of 12 people. It is very well made and is not overpowering on the dining table. Shipping was very fast. I love it.

I ordered this dish for my daughter for Christmas, so it has not been used yet. I opened it so I could make sure everything was fine. Shipping was well done. Packaging was beautiful. You'll see when you order. Very pretty.

Excellent quality and having used it twice in our convection microwave oven it has worked as expected.

Add to my Sophie Collection. Bought two of these plus a round baking dish for roasted veg or whatever. Items getting shorter in supply now so back up on your needed items.
