As a budget, entry level scooter, it boasts a surprisingly solid and lightweight construction, as well as an improved ergonomic design and high performance components that are on par with many higher-end models. The Cipher Model has a new wide T-bar that enables a solid stance. The T-bar has also been placed in a more upright position to allow for more space for performing barspin tricks and accommodating all sizes of rider more comfortably than ever. The packaging is really cool, it’s super easy to assemble, just tighten three bolts (Allen key included), and it’s absolutely solid. I bought it for my 8 year old but I’ll definitely be riding it home from the school run. I was concerned with some of the previous photos of the snapped stem but the design has obviously been updated as this is no longer a round tube and is instead a piece of box section. I know I’m getting old because every now and again I buy something and I’m absolutely amazed that it’s been able to be manufactured, shipped and delivered for such a low cost. £40 is a steal for this scooter. The packaging is really cool, it’s super easy to assemble, just tighten three bolts (Allen key included), and it’s absolutely solid. Good value, solid scooter, just watch that poor brake!
The boys have had a few scooters and this one was good buy. Strong and fast, looks great and perfect fit for my five year old. The not negative it the brake. It’s welded to the frame so relies on the rider being strong enough to bend the metal plate to touch the wheel which is a struggle even for me at 13st! More expensive scooters have a hinged brake which is much more fit for purpose, otherwise it’s great.

So what can I say about it. It arrived a day ahead of predicted delivery date, which was a bonus! The Scooter itself, whist not for me (It was for my 8 year old), looks brilliant. It was assembled in less than 2 mins, and once it was up, my son was straight on it. It feel Solid, Excellent build quality. The Ride is smooth, the break is a little stiff, but its new, more importantly it stops the scooter when pressed. The handlebars needed a tighten after a few hours use, but this is all expected. Overall we are very happy with it, it looks and rides great. A solid purchase!
