It says "7 in 1" but by their own count there are only 6... right? -- the qgeem also says "7 in 1" and it has 3 usb 3 ports to actually be true.

The 2 USB-C ports are occupied. One is for power, the other connects to the computer.

Are any of you guys facing any Wi-Fi/Bluetooth problems because of the adapter?

My mouse/keyboard, using a 2.4GHz USB receiver plugged into this, sometimes are spotty and/or miss keys. Seems to be a common problem with some of these hubs. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth also use 2.4GHz, so that's probably why.
