For what I paid for this item I feel that clips should have been included.

Set up for the first time at Trade Show this week. The hardware on one of the frame pieces broke off on the first set up. Had to tape it to work and it looked terrible. This was a product failure. Because I ordered it in advance of the trade show, it is now too late to return it. I made the mistake of not testing it out when i received it. Don't make the same mistake. Look for something sturdier.

Being the first review, I'd like to point out that the product looks exactly like the pictures with one exception: the screws. In the picture, knob screws are shown, however, what I received was regular screws with a screw driver. I also want to add that the base is made of steel and the poles are of plastic. I am a little weary of the plastic tighteners. I do hope they last over usage.

Great for use; one use so far. Will update after continued use if anything changes.
