As long as the motherboard is Micro-ATX, ITX, or Mini-ITX no more than 9.6" x 9.6" in size it should fit. Otherwise it won't.

Does it come with leds and will it fit a radeon 480x when they come out

The only light that comes with the case is in the front 140mm fan. Also, the maximum length video card that will fit the case is 11". As long as it is not more than that you should be fine.

Will a gigabyte gtx 980 windforce card fit in this case?

Yes it will fit. That card says 297mm and the case says it will fit 320mm. It's very roomy. I am not going to measure but it looks like there may be even more than 320mm. There is definitely the advertised 320mm which should be plenty for that card.

What kind of cpu cooler can i fit in this case?

I have a Hyper 212 Evo, but you could fit a little 120mm water cooler in it.
