Pop-A-Shot Dual Shot Sport | 2-Hoop Indoor Electronic Arcade Basketball

Overall this was a fantastic purchase! It's a ton of fun and great to have at home instead of going out to the arcade. It has 10 game modes to mix up the play a bit. I look forward to playing a round or two when I need a break from work. It feels really sturdy and I think it will last a long time. It is kinda big so make sure you have the space for it. Setup was pretty easy and straightforward. There were a few different bolt sizes to use but they all fit the same nuts and washers so that simplified the process a bit. I did notice an error on step 3. The parts list says to use bolt #33, but the picture shows bolt #14. The picture is correct, use bolt #14 at this step. I built this myself, and step 11 is a doozy to do solo. I found it easier to lay the structure down on the ground for this step to avoid having to hold up the backboard while fitting bolts into place. Oh, last note on setup, it may be helpful to know that if you plan on using your own socket wrench, I found the 10mm bit to be a perfect fit. A small wrench is included, but a socket wrench made the job much easier. The hoop came with 4 mini basketballs, 1 of which won't hold its air for very long. The ball I'm holding in the picture was reinflated 2 hours ago. I'm hoping to get it replaced. Not to brag, but I also found it to easy to max out the scoreboard for the "double or nothing" mode 😂. They really need an extra digit or two on the scoreboard for that mode! Still very fun trying to get it to 999. Even with the few issues mentioned, I couldn't bring myself to deduct a star. I am so glad I bought this for my family! Update: I contacted customer service a few weeks ago and got a replacement ball. If I could give them extra stars for their customer service, I would. I really appreciated that a person answered the phone instead of a robot. They advised me to send in an email with a photo of the defective part, my order info and shipping info. The guy I had spoken to responded to my email 5 minutes later with a tracking number. I'm very impressed with their customer service.

Great indoor basketball arcade for the family. I bought this for my 6 year old grandson and he loves it. Built very solid, so should hold up well to all the basketball action. The grandson lives in Illinois so the game will keep him and his sisters active during the cold, winter months.

When the box arrived, I was sure there was no way the game I ordered was in it. I was pleasantly surprised! It assembled easily and quickly. The material is a good quality and the balls it came with were a nice size and weight. We purchased additional balls as we were giving players a small amount of time to score as much as they could. The other balls were lighter weight which prevented the lever in the hoop from triggering. Our error, not the games. The scoring worked great and was accurate. The game held up to almost 70 kids taking multiple turns at it to earn prizes, at our annual egg hunt. They enjoyed it very much. Very pleased with this product.

Pretty good gaming system. Very fun to use with lots of gaming options. The basketballs are pretty durable and keep air. The basketball net is durable and the tutorial set up video was very easy to follow along with. The only flaw I see is that when playing the game, the impact of the basketball on the headboard can pop the batteries out and the game will turn off.

So much fun for the basketball fan and players. My grandson always wants to challenge me! We have had it almost a year and it has held up well!

So we bought this for our 6 year old's Birthday. We read the reviews and decided it would fit for what we wanted. We have three boys 6-8-10, so we need stuff that can take a beating. Overall it is perfect for the price and function. Many reviews give poor ratings for the directions, and I will have to agree they are not the best. But three things to consider: 1. Take your time when putting it together with a friend (make your kids help) as it mentions in the directions, and look ahead to make sure the pieces are on correctly so they fit the next step. 2. There are videos on-line to help you along. 3. Customer support is awesome. We had one less ball in the box and one that wouldn't stay inflated. They sent new ones out same day and we had them in two days. Call them if you have any issues. I've paid a lot more for items from other companies and gotten rotten support, not from Pop a Shot, they were awesome!! The nets and score counters getting stuck gave a bit of issue at first as other reviews mentioned. We played around with them a bit, stretching them in different directions, and seem to have solved the problem. Occasionally the score counter still gets stuck but once you make another shot it always goes through. Not an issue for us. The kids get mad only because it won't score both shots just one, but that's a first world problem and we tell them "it's a tough world move on." This is perfect for kids and adults, we all get into the game. And yes they win a lot against the adults. LOL We're building a game room in our garage and this is going to be a perfect addition to the other toys available to play. Overall a very good value for the price and the family has used it non-stop since we got it. I highly recommend to anyone who like this type game. RM

Holy moly—I’m not sure who uses this more, our 7-year-old or us parents trying to have a showdown. The kids absolutely love it, but so do we. It’s turned into a go-to for family competitions and friendly trash talk. There are 10 different game options, which is awesome because it works for everything from single-player practice to full-on family tournaments. It keeps our 7-year-old entertained, burns energy, and actually brings everyone together. We did go ahead and purchase more balls separately. It comes with 4 but we bought 3 extra. Such a fun addition to our home and totally worth it!

I really love the quality of the frame and the width of the unit - which is wider than most. I had concerns with the nylon and netting and how it was wearing with use, with a picture they immediately sent out a replacement which shipped right from the factory. I had quality concerns with the replacement right out of the package without use and sent pics to seller. With a prompt reply and desire to please I was happy with the service. I am not sure how long they will last for use but I am resolved that even if I need to budget for a nylon net replacement, the value of the unit is still there based on the quality of the frame. I had questions on my power box, and the seller sent immediate reply with solution. The seller has been quick to reply and quick to resolve every time. I have no doubt that I will be provided with service to maintain my unit I am confident post warranty, that should I need to purchase any replacement parts through them to extend the life of the unit, they will reply and service. I expect that my kids and their friends will have many years of use out of this unit. Thank you!

Our pop a shop was delivered pretty quickly It was easy to set up, and really easy to get into the fun The sides don’t hold up extremely well so we had to add some tape but the material is lightweight and relatively solid Balls are good quality Service was excellent Our sound went out after a month and they sent us a new gaming system free of charge and quickly They are easy to chat to and awesome to deal with Really happy with them

This took an hour or so to put together. The packaging was well packed. No complaints. There's an error in the instructions with one of the screw numbers but it wasn't hard to figure it out. You would need 2 ppl to setup the backboard since its heavy. The quality is great and it's sturdy. Really fun and addictive. It's like you're at the arcade. The different modes and announcer makes the experience so much better. The only complaint is that the pump provided, the needle broke but I hard a bike pump anyways. Love it!
