As the title says "rust eater", what does this mean? Does it actually create a chemical reaction to dissolve rust? or is this just bs advertizing?

As all rust “eaters” go, I believe it breaks up the bond that rust creates so you can loosen what ever it is your working on. So far, this product works really well for me.

Anyone ever use it on bicycle chain?

Free All is not recommended on bicycle chains as this penetrating oil is used to break down rust bonds. For a lubricating oil, please refer to our additional product - Lube-It All.

Would this remove baked on grease from pans?

I can not give you 100% assurance that this will do exactly what you ask but I would make a wager that it would . Jay

Does it remove rust from concrete?

Doubt this will work on concrete unless it's a very small patch. I used Muriatic Acid to clean my Dad's sidewalk that was completely rust stained from his well water lawn sprinkler system. You can get it a Lowe's, Home Depot, or most any local hardware store.
