I'm an avid weight lifter, and weigh about 240lbs. After using this bench for about a week, it has proven to be a very solid bench especially for its price range (I got for ~200 US dollars). There's sturdier benches out there if you're lifting HEAVY weight, but I use this for moderate workouts from home and wanted a bench that could also store easily taking up little space - this is the best bench I've ever seen for that capacity... it essentially folds up into a reasonably sized rectangle that I can put in a closet. Considering that, with how sturdy it is (throwing around 70 and below dumbells, total weight of 140lbs, including my 240lbs) it was a really good buy. I can't speak to its lifetime durability after only a week, but I believe the construction is good enough it will last as long as I need it to (a couple years, at least). Its great for situps (though I prefer having a preacher setup where my legs can be elevated for crunches), and has many height settings for the back support. The only thing I would change about it if I could, was the back does not sit straight up; at the highest setting, it's still leaning back a little. I prefer a straight back bench for doing military press. But it's upright enough I can still get the muscle stretches I'm looking for from the exercise. I would definitely recommend this bench for someone wanting a solid, versatile bench at a reasonable price.

Here is an item that speaks for itself. The Pasyou bench is a very good choice, for those of us who only need the basics, but in a sophisticated style. This bench is very smart looking & it invites you to sit on it and lift your way into a great workout. Very sturdy, stylish & compact for smaller spaces. The backrest adjustments are fine, except, I would have liked 1 more hold on the top, for a more straight up angle when sitting. It assembles very easily & will last for a really long time. also, it is more comfortable than some @ the gym. Why pay more, when you get all you need in this model. Here, you do get your money's worth.

I got my pasyou weight bench delivered today, on the date expected. I got a box which was NOT damaged which is unusual. From the time I sat the box down to the time it was assembled and ready for use was 22.1 minutes. That includes unpacking, gathering tools which I used my own and assembling. Very easy to assemble. It is fairly sturdy, I am a overweight for sure so if you are not it will feel sturdier for you. It is easy to use. I feel like the back will hold in whichever position I have it in. I used it today and am happy overall and feel it is worth the money I invested into it. My one complaint at this ti.e, and again I have used it one time, is that the back does not go to a 90 degree angle. I can not sit perfectly upright like a chair. It is off by a little bit. It may be adjusting the seat but that is my only complaint for now Update. I have had this product now for 6 ish weeks and the seams are already separating. Put on with staples that did not hold.

Easy to assemble and easy to use! It is very sturdy and easy to adjust the incline. It also is pretty small, so it doesn’t take up too much space!

I was shopping far to long for a bench and read reviews, looked at pictures and "top ranked videos'. Everyone of those reviews you get scared to buy.. I saw brand names, not brand names etc.. This one had a coupon for 10 off or 10%, don't recall and was a bit skeptical when looking at buying it. I finally decided for the price I would give it a shot and it's nice. It was very well packed and wrapped in the box. The outer box had a hole which scared me, but nothing wrong inside. I was confused on the assembly because the instructions aren't clear which bar goes to which end. I looked at the video and figured it out. Assembly was 5 minutes and material looks solid. I don't find it wobbly at all, no tears or rips, no scrapes, etc.. I'm not sure about the ones that had issues, but I just got mine in October 2020 and it's great. I needed something I could do some dumbells at home and this is perfect.

Easy to put together and just what we were looking for! No complaints!

This was a much better bench than i expected. It’s light but sturdy. Easy to adjust. Comfortable. No shoulder impingement. Great for beginner to advanced fitness levels. Folds up for easy storage without a bunch of hassle. I’m extremely satisfied.

It functions great for a simple bench. It’s a little rickety and doesn’t fold up as tightly as I would like but it’s good for the price

Very good bench, have used it a lot and no problems,my only gripe is the 2 pins should have been on a string so you won't loose them,but its still a good bench

Very comfortable chair during workout. Very sturdy. Heads up though, it won’t be suitable for 6 foot person and up. I am 5’6 and the bench felt just right for me. Worth the buy!!

When I placed order, I had worry it may not be strong enough! I have tried it out many times. Me 70Kg and 2 dumbbells 20Kg each, a total of 110Kg when I do horizontal chest press. This bench proved to be very strong. I am sure it can take very much more weight than 110Kg. This bench saves space! Shove it to the wall and place the rubber coated hexagonal dumbbells underneath! For home use, Hexagonal rubber coated dumbbell is the best!

This is a great weight bench with very comfortable padding and solid materials. Even after years of use, it has not shown any signs of cracking, discoloration, or cushion-flattening. It was super easy to put together and feels very sturdy once set up, easily handling my full weight along with a 180 lb bar. It is also easy to take apart and stores away nicely in a compact space. I still keep mine in the original plastic bag under my bed when I have company over, and it works perfectly for that. Overall a reliable and well designed piece of equipment that I would absolutely buy again.
