Best Tenderizer Brand
I've tried three brands of tenderizer. This is my favorite so far, although the other ones I've tried were just Amazon brands from what I could tell. I choose tenderizer by sodium content more than anything, and this has the least amount of sodium per gram of product that I've found. In terms of tenderizing, I feel like this is the only one that actually penetrates into the meat. The other tenderizers I've tried turn the outside of the meat into mush but the inside isn't tenderized at all. This one tenderizes pretty evenly.

Works well to tenderize less expensive cuts of meat. Who doesn't need to use less expensive cuts of meat?

Excellent quality, very good price
Badia herbs and spices are, to me, better than McCormick and less absurdly priced, so definitely my go to.

Meat tenderizer
Tenderizing meat. Didn't find that it worked really well, just made our food salty.

Quality/Price
Exact quality of Schillings at half the price. And Ps. It has a very stable no toxic anti-caking agent perfect for spices and other table standards.

Works well!
I’ve always used tenderiser but can’t find in the shops here so I’m over the moon to find it on Amazon. It obviously is pricey as it is difficult to find but it worked really well. I use a mallet a few bangs first then spray a bit of oil on my steaks then sprinkle it on and let them set for about an hour and it did the job. I’ll definitely purchase again and again so long as the price stays stable at this price x

MEH. Very high shipping rates, too salty, not great for quick marinating.
Worth a try if you don’t mind paying SHIPPING FEE of 4X to 5X its price!!!! This would be OK if the meat is treated with a fiber-busting pounder utensil, and is being marinated at least 3 hours. I learned from experience (even on pricey cuts of beef) to reduce the amount of this product and combine it with papaya paste (papain), plus lemon juice or pineapple juice, to get effective beef tenderizing while reducing the salt percentage.
