Very potent so literally your best bet is to use a 1ml syringe and add 1ml at a time. I treated 5 gallons of water with just 1ml bringing the ph down from 8.5 to 5.2. With that said the size is great for the value. The speed at which it takes effect is less than 3mins. It’s easy to use if you go slowly. Definitely measure out the dose, otherwise the ph will bottom out which can be saved with ph up but you’ll end up making a chemistry project instead of feed water.

Just microblife hydroponics pH down I use instead of the cheaper stuff that you get I truly believe you get what you put into your plants of course all of these contain certain light metals that you have no choice but to use for the life survival especially of the plant and it's younger stages later on you can lean away from it but if you want to establish a strong healthy plant this stuff is necessary if you have chlorinated waters or waters that you just have no control over what is in it and I suggest using this system is very easy you know this is page I basically citric acid of course with other stuff but this is foolproof too It's just squirt I do it by the gallon very easy I don't measure yet You don't even have to look basically it's so quick and easy You can do it in your sleep even They even give you a chart so you can match colors you know I go to I use it that peach color you know that's a very good area for what my plants are at what I do grow tropical plant so yeah I've been buying this too for years and I don't I don't switch it up you know because I'm sick of buying the two packs where you get pH up and down so I don't ever have to use one or the other I can't remember but I haven't looked at it so long I think I believe this is pH up but the blue one you know I don't even use that I've never used it very very seldomly or if I'm testing fish tank water or something like that I'll use it cuz you know but besides that I don't even use the sign up with all these bottles of this garbage laying around so I just just do this this way save money and you get this big bottle that's a while!

It works, but is very weak. Used the whole bottle in only a few days. With less than 6% citric acid (active ingredient), it’s about as acidic as a glass of lemonade. Not financially viable, you’re better off just using vinegar or some diluted phosphoric acid, not this slightly spicy water.

I use Distilled Water in my Aerogarden Bounty Elite hydroponics gardens. I also have Aerogarden Aerovoirs for each of my 3 gardens. Distilled water initially has a neutral pH but after exposure to air, distilled water absorbs CO2 and forms a weak carbonic acid solution at pH 7.0. I use the pH Down in the Aerovoirs to stabilize the pH to about 5.5. This refills the water in the Aerogarden Bounty Elites automatically with pH neutral water. Because this pH down uses citric acid (which kills algae growth), so I don't worry about algae growth in my Aerovoirs. This is a great solution for me. The result is that my Aerovoirs (between the two Aerogarden Bounty Elites), are algae free even in the presence of light! Phosphoric acid based pH Down alternatives DO promote the growth of algae.

Works great. But, it takes me 10ml per gallon to get my well water down to 6.6. I love this stuff, but I just can’t afford to use it when it takes 4x the amount than a phosphoric acid based pH down. Recommend for small grows, but not large.

This product is very weak. It takes 3x as much as Humboldt, or bloom city. It will lower ph, but there are better options out there.

Useless product. This barely adjusted pH in my aeroponic Tower--the whole freaking bottle. A complete waste of money! Go to a local hydroponic store--that's what did and brought the same size container of 85% phosphoric acid for nearly half the price, and it works.
