Beautiful shower accessories. My husband and kids love the “rain feel” from the shower above.

It looks absolutely amazing i bought it Jan.26 installed it about 1-2 months after and on the 29 of august the rain shower broke big crack sound and leaks water from the top.

After fully installed by a professional the Water started leaking. We had to completely break the ceiling to find out this piece was broken. I am trying to contact the seller and is so difficult. Before put it together please make sure all part are good.

The handheld wand has a rubber O-ring around it’s base for holding snug in the holder attached to the wall. After a while, it slips down, so the O-ring is below the holder, and it prevents you from being able to pull it back up and out of the holder. Trying to pull it up through the holder results in the entire housing sliding off and water shooting at the ceiling (of that head is turned on). I was able to put it back together once. The second time the bright, pink oval shaped O rings fell out, and one of them likely went down the drain, so it cannot be put back together without leaking excessively. It could be impossible to find a replacement for that custom o-ring, if I cannot get one from the manufacturer. A wand that does not slip through the holder, and/or pull apart easily would be the best solution.

I bought one of these and two of the smaller version. They look great when first installed but the paint quickly chips off. On all the units I had the same issue where I couldn’t get hot water and thermostatic cartridge needed to be replaced. I contacted the company since these are supposed to have a 5 year warranty and was told they would cover the cartridge but I needed to pay $60 for shipping. The same cartridge you can find on Amazon for $25 with shipping. Save your money and don’t buy this.

I am impressed with the quality of this system. The rainhead and valve and cover plate appear and feel high quality. The packaging is very well thought out and the pieces are very well protected. Also the customer service was very prompt when I had a need and so far they have done a great job.

We love this shower head. The rain shower is huge, we love having the additional shower head options, the 3 wall streams are definitely not jet like, but more gentle which is perfect for kids.

I like the way all three shower modes work. The controls are simple and useful with the temperature as a separate knob from the on/off and pressure knobs for each of the three showerheads. Unfortunately, the primary showerhead which is the detachable wand has broken, and I am having significant difficulty contacting the seller/Manufacturer for a replacement. Additionally, the paint is chipping from the control panel. Hopefully this review will prompt contact from the manufacturer so I can get this part replaced.
