How long does the bottle last?

The bottles ordered were returned for false advertising. It claimed to be PF; preservative free and it wasn't.

There is a green band around the top. You have to break it. Then you can take off the top. I am still having to use two hands to get drops out then too much comes out. There are lots of complains about this. I still use it because it is preservative free. Good luck.

Anybody else get 3 boxes instead of one and no insert in any of them? Need insert for how to start bottle.
