Worthless
The expensive bags of cinnamon chips I received were 2 bags of mush. In no world is the product can be used as chips. I have purchased other chips and not have a problem. I thought I was buying a better quality. I should have taken the money I and just put it in the trash. I will mention I normally do not rate products but the chips where useless

Great flavor
These make amazing snickerdoodle cake, but they arrived on an excessively hot day and were all melted. I put them in the refrigerator and had a hard block so I took a mallet to them. Some of the chunks were a bit large and sank to the bottom and burned. The flavor is excellent and I will buy them again when the weather cools.

I love cinnamon and these are OK. I think next time I would use white chips and add 1 tsp of real cinnamon instead. I regret the $$$ I spent.
