Why can't I buy the Oring as a separate part?
The Oring at the bottom of this flush valve failed on a WT151/152M in wall toilet. No problem there, common problem that any owner would expect to occur over time. So I go to replace it and learn that this simple oring, which is going to be a wear item, is not available as a separate part. Unacceptable. So I replaced this entire flush valve just to get a ~$1 oring. Who would be satisfied with that solution? Great way to drive aftermarket sales up and customers away.
