**Background:** My wife and I are both over 50. She has been taking care of her skin for quite some time, and I recently started caring for my skin as well to help prevent or reduce signs of aging. I have oily skin, while she has drier skin. We both occasionally experience adult acne outbreaks. **First impression:** This is a smooth, milky cream with a slight blue tint. I don't think it has any scent or perfume. If you stick your nose very close, there's a slightly unpleasant smell, but it is very mild and dissipates quickly. If you don’t mind that, I believe they simply choose not to mask natural smells from the essential ingredients. We both use this and definitely find it to be a very clean, simple, gentle, hydrating cream. It's great to use right after washing your face and applying toner. You can use it morning and night, but we've mainly been using it in the evening. It doesn't feel greasy; it has a creamy texture that absorbs quickly and leaves your skin soft to the touch. Neither of us has had an adverse reaction to this, and neither of us found it irritating—in fact, it feels calming. It also seems to work for both of us, for her drier skin and for me, with my naturally oily skin. It appears to hydrate both of us without overdoing it for me and while preventing excess greasiness. It definitely has a lightweight feel to it. You don't feel like you have something greasy or waxy covering your face. This is one of the shortest ingredient lists of products in this category. Just let you know that they're only putting essential ingredients and no fillers or extra perfumes.

We've been using this hydrating elixir moisturizer for several months now. It's extremely cool to the touch and provides fantastic moisturizing properties. It makes my skin feel extremely soft and smooth after applying it. It comes in a small bottle (about 1 oz), and delivers on its promise, to provide additional moisture to your skin. Furthermore, it made my skin look amazing. It's very lightweight in application. Also, it's so small that you could easily keep this in a purse or bag. It absorbs really quick and layers very well. It is kind of expensive but I think there's great value here still.

This hydrating elixir is lightweight but moisturizes nicely. My skin isn't especially dry, and I found that this stuff, for me, is moisturizing enough to be used alone in the summer months (I'm in the Northern U.S.) and as a base layer of moisturizer throughout the winter months when things get really dry. The bottle looks modern and simply designed, but the pump can be a little aggressive for a thinner product like this one and it can come out a little fast, so I recommend squirting it onto fingertips first and not directly on the face. It's lightly fragranced, and a pale blue color as well, and I feel like it would've been better to leave out both of these characteristics, but the fragrance doesn't linger at all so it's alright. I haven't had any signs of irritation or break outs since I've started using it, and my skin feels soft and is pretty happy with it overall, so I plan to continue using it until it's gone.

It almost feels like clay of sorts, like the cooling feeling when you work with clay. But that might just be me. It does wonders for my skin after being out in the winter weather. It has a light fragrance to it that is natural smelling, not harsh, but honestly not my favorite. It isn’t bad, it just is not something I enjoy. After it has been applied, the smell goes away and the formula absorbs easily, is lightweight, and does not feel too tacky afterwards. It is a really pleasant product and I would strongly recommend it for irritated skin.

This is a lot thinner than a typical moisturizer so some may be attracted to that. I actually use it along with my other serums and a heavier moisturizer at night and it layers well. As a 43 year old red-head, I have dehydrated, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. As you can imagine, that limits the skincare options that work for me. It feels like I am constantly battling flakiness and acne inflammation, and on top of that, many products that others love often cause my skin to burn and become irritated. I have tried many hyaluronic serums, and they do hydrate, but eventually, I notice a burning sensation develop. This has not done that so far! This serum is a light opaque blue color, and smells faintly of baby lotion. I wish it was unscented, because fragrances can cause sensitivities to worsen over time. However, this fragrance dissipates quickly upon application, so it is less noticeable. The serum sinks easily into the skin, and dries to a smooth finish within a minute or so. The best part- it leaves my skin feeling plump and hydrated. You can see the difference throughout the day when I use it under my normal moisturizer. It also plays well with makeup and skincare products, so far. Overall, I recommend this hydrating serum to anyone who has sensitive skin if you can tolerate light fragrance.

I live in a very harsh dry cold climate that affects my skin severely during the winter months. This elixir is supposed to provide an extra dosage of moisture that help maintain a good hydration level for my skin and prevent all the discomfort that the cold weather causes. Love the product formula and lightwight aspect of this product. My skin absorbs it very well without leaving any residues. It's amazing how my skin locks the moisture after I use this product and I can feel how soft it is instead of being all dry and itchy. This product really works for me. However, one thing I noticed is that this elixir only lasts for 3 months after opening it which I think is very short time compared to other product I have purchased and also the price it's listed at. Overall it's not bad

Meiner Meinung nach die hochwertigsten Kosmetikprodukte im Bereich Bio-Kosmetik. Und das heißt hier, dass die Produkte wirklich zu 100% aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen bestehen - und sie riechen gut. Das ist nämlich oft ein Problem bei Bio-Kosmetik und ich habe lange gescuht und ausprobiert, bis ich endlich meine Marke entdeckt hatte. Jetzt benutze ich die Produkte von Gamarde schon seit Jahren. Allerdings musste ich dafür bisher immer im Frankreichurlaub einen Großeinkauf machen. Bin total froh, dass es Gamarde jetzt auch bei Amazon gibt. Das Feuchtigkeitselixier, die leichte Körpermilch, die reichhaltige Handcreme und die gesamte White-Effect Serie sind meine absoluten Lieblingsprodukte. Zudem sprühe ich jeden Abend vor dem Schlafengehen das Thermalwasserspray großzügig ins Gesicht. Die Haut wird so über Nacht beruhigt und fühlt sihc sehr erfrischt an.

Wahnsinniges Ergebnis, ich habe sehr trockene Haut sie wirkt hinterher super weich und aufgeplustert. Benutzte sie oft und brauche auch nur sehr wenig. Ich denke sie hält locker 3 Monate:).

J'ai depuis l'adolescence des soucis "d'acné" pas de boutons mais plutôt des taches rouge. J'ai essayé je ne sais combien de produit et de marques différentes... Et ce produit la, miracle. En 1 semaine matin/soir plus rien ! Alors que ce produit se présente comme hydratant elle fait bien plus ! ;) De +, le colis est arrivé avant la date prévue, très bien emballé.
