Works great
I had to use it a couple of times to get the result I wanted when mixing powder with water. Once I mastered that and the time on my eyebrows to get the results I wanted, I loved it. It last for at least 4 weeks before fading and needing to reapply. This is a great at home product to use on your eyebrows.

Changed formula...
I used to really like this stuff, but they must have changed the formula before this last time that I purchased it because it's not the same at all. Even after 15 minutes it barely does anything to my brows and it completely fades within three or so washes. Very disappointed:/

Purple eyebrows
Item is good, but last around 5 days. Don’t buy burgundy because my eyebrows turn purple.

Doesn't work- try other brands
I have tried the cooper color from this brand and it worked fine. I gave this box 3 tries meticulously following directions, but none of the times worked :-( this is disappointing since I have had success previously. I feel this is a hit or miss or they send defective product. Either way, i say stay away from this Burgundy- it won't work.

Sadly, the burgundy didn’t stain at all
I bought burgundy, and it left absolutely no stain at all. Tried adding more powder to it. Tried giving it a longer activation time.. tried leaving it on longer. No change.. so I exchanged it for the same product. Still left absolutely no stain. And when I had it on my eyebrows, I felt like it was crumbling off and falling into my eyes, and it was very uncomfortable. Definitely felt like it was irritating my eyes, but if it worked, I could say it was worth it. I noticed it was the same badge number. So I’m thinking it’s a bad batch. Which is really disappointing because it’s hard to find burgundy eyebrow tint. Attaching a photo so you can see the batch number. So now I have to return 2. Trying to decide if I wanna try another reddish toned one. Kind of ready to give up. I’ve already wasted a lot of time on it. If the company sees this and has another batch number of the burgundy, please reach out. I wish everybody better luck than I’ve had.
