Good Effective Product
I had purchased this for my Mother. It works effectively and efficiently to say the least. Also taste is good, not too bitter (कडवा) and even during intake if it taste a bit strong or bitter, this taste goes off in about 10-15 seconds and doesn't linger in the mouth, which is too good. Now my Mother can even consume few sweets occasionally without a guilt and fear of rise in blood glucose/sugar levels. Good product from KRISHNA'S HERBAL & AYURVEDIC. 10 Bottles In 1 Year – No Impact on Blood Sugar
मैंने इस प्रोडक्ट को लगभग 1 साल में 10 बोतल इस्तेमाल किया है, इसलिए मेरा अनुभव पूरी तरह से प्रैक्टिकल है। शुरुआत में लगा कि इसमें करेले, मेथी, जामुन जैसी चीजें हैं तो फायदा होगा, लेकिन असल में CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) से ट्रैक करने पर पता चला कि यह जूस मेरे शुगर स्पाइक्स को बिल्कुल भी कंट्रोल नहीं करता। ना तो इससे फास्टिंग शुगर में कोई खास फर्क पड़ा और ना ही खाने के बाद बढ़ने वाली शुगर पर कोई असर दिखा। मेरे हिसाब से यह प्रोडक्ट सिर्फ “हर्बल” नाम पर बेचा जा रहा है, लेकिन असली डायबिटीज मैनेजमेंट में इसका कोई मजबूत योगदान नहीं है। अगर आप इसे लेकर शुगर कंट्रोल की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं, तो बेहतर है कि आप डाइट, एक्सरसाइज और डॉक्टर की सलाह पर ही भरोसा करें। मेरे अनुभव के अनुसार – पैसे की बर्बादी। I have used around 10 bottles of this product over the last 1 years, so this review is based on real long-term experience. Initially, I thought the herbal ingredients like karela, methi, and jamun would help in controlling blood sugar. However, after using a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor), I clearly observed that this juice does not prevent glucose spikes at all. There was no meaningful improvement in fasting sugar or post-meal sugar levels. In my opinion, this product is marketed well under the “herbal” tag, but it does not deliver any real benefit for diabetes management. If you are expecting sugar control from this, you may be disappointed. It’s better to focus on proper diet, exercise, and medical advice. For me, it turned out to be a waste of money.
