Hi, I was hesitant to spend so much money on a kitty habitat/step but this was the only thing I found that was high enough and steps wide/large enough to place by a window perch for my daughter's kitties to be able to jump off safely (especially the heaviest/largest kitty) and having an additional step to it. After reading the reviews I decided to try. Sturdiness was a HUGE factor, a 13-15 lbs. kitty had to be able to jump on the top step without it being wobbly or moving out of place. This step definitely is VERY sturdy and the kitties loved it right away. The height is just perfect for what we needed it for, VERY easy to put together (basically unfold and place the pillows in place), not heavy yet stays in place when kitties are jumping or playing on/in it and they love the hiding places. Great construction all over. Since it has multiple openings, we can place it by the wall, away from the wall, no matter how we turn it, there's always a visible/usable opening for the kitties to enjoy. My daughter loves everything pink (pink themed), so I was not sure if she will approve. However, when she saw how much the babies love it and how EXTREMELY soft the pillows are, she said it was a keeper! It's a huge thing from her LOL! She said now she's ready to be a kitty, too! I am very pleasantly surprised of the entire construction, look, sturdiness, softness, size and height. I love it much better in person than online in pictures :).

My 15 year old senior cat (14 lbs) spends hours sleeping inside both of the cubby holes, curling up inside the smaller one and fully stretching out in the larger one. He has minor mobility issues so he rarely went to the open bed at the very top, although I'm sure he would have loved that in his younger days. Instead, I ended up placing the smaller cube on the floor, against the wall, where he is able to use it as a step to the window, in addition to using it as a bed. I simply added a blanket atop the open space where the smaller cube used to sit. To mix things up, he will also sleep on top of the condos, as well. Very easy to assemble, and seems it would be easy enough to collapse, but still rather sturdy for my full-size cat, even when used as two separate units. One is against the wall, the other against the foot of the bed, which may help some. I live in a studio apartment but there is no concern having the condos on display to guests; they are stylish and relatively easy to wipe down or vacuum, and the cushions are washable.

I bought this as babies were fighting over office chair as sleeping spot. Got this to put in corner of office. Nice to look at. Babies LOVE it! They have slept in all the different platforms and cubby holes. Kitten loves the "roof" platform and older 14 pound guy loves the "balcony." He retreats to the "ground floor apartment" when the kitten gets to be too much. I ordered an extra pillow based on someone else's review but I don't think it's needed. Everything is soft and very snuggly. BIg 14# guy fits very well. Good size. Kitten of course hangs off the edges as she insists on sleeping stretched out. Sturdy as they have paw fights on it and kitten takes running leaps to the roof. Wish I'd bought it years ago. Good consideration if you've got an older cat that no longer climbs and sleeps in the cat tree but still needs a special place.

I do think this product is way too expensive for what it is. Obviously, I bought it anyway because I love making my cats happy and it fit the needs of our household. They took to it immediately as it is very cozy. I like that the cushions are all washable. There are multiple entrances to the cubbies. The product is just the right size and it looks good in our living room. Assembly was incredibly easy. Despite the price, no regrets. Five stars.

A bit over priced for the materials its made of, but well loved by our pets. And aesthetically its finish is well constructed. It's considerably more expensive than similar single story designs, but for our needs in our household, it was worth the price difference to have this multi tier configuration. Bottom cubby is large enough for our flemmish giant rabbit, and he absolutely and deeply loves his new "den" with perfect opening size for his large clumbsy body. Our cat enjoys the middle tier and top tier platforms in addition to his use of the larger ground level cubby. The rabbit occasionally uses the middle tier platform for looking out the window. But the rabbit isnt comfortable hopping down from the top tier "rooftop" bed platform, as he needs a bigger landing pad on the middle tier to do it comfortably, so he never goes up to the top. The cat doesn't have this problem though. Neither seems to make much use of the cubby interrior on the middle platform, but both on rare occasions do explore inside so its not entirely unused space. This item gets 5/5 stars for the amount of use it gets from our pets. But 3.5/5 or 4/5 stars at most for longevity/resiliency of the structural component of its construction. I do not expect this item to last indefinitely with regular daily use, and I do anticipate it wearing out and eventually becoming less sturdy and less inviting as its structural integrity degrades. But this certainly wont be happening overnight and fully I expect our pets to get a good deal of use out of it before its too worn out to keep. I wish for the price point that it had more than cardboard sleaves beneath the fabric finish and that it was more than the stitching on the fabric holding everything together. On the flip side, beefing up the structural integrity of the boxes would probably be at the sacrifice of the space efficient, collapsable fold down storage capability of its current design (we have no need for it to fold up easily).

I have three adult rather large cats and they absolutely love their new condo. It was extremely easy to put together as it needed no tools to do so. If I can do it, anyone can…..seriously. I highly recommend this great item. It’s very sturdy and accommodates multiple cats so easily giving them comfortable places to rest or look out a window.

My cats love this thing. I ordered it a long time ago and finally assembled it a few weeks ago, and ever since then it has become their favorite place in the house. They both cram onto the top pillow, so they end up snuggling adorably, but sometimes one of them gives up and sleeps inside the top condo instead. The bottom one is an excellent playplace and hideout. Was easy to put together and surprisingly sturdy. Would buy again and again.

My sixteen-year-old cat just loves this condo. It is set by the windows in the living area that Overlook the lake. She loves the top one for napping and the little balcony for viewing. My three other cats love to run through the bottom opening on one side and run out the other and play around this condo. This is such a perfect size and is so comfortable and matches with my living room decor. I love the gray. All four of my cats could probably benefit from this. Accept, my 16 year old KC is the queen so she lets the other's know when she's laying on top of it which is just about all day long, that this is her condo LOL. I'd send a photo but at this time my smartphone it's not working with the camera. I highly recommend purchasing this condo.

This is fantastic, especially if you have two or three cats. We have two that like to sleep curled up together so this was a great find for us… cats love it so we love it! We’re not using the top platforms for the kids so it’s been great for storage!
