Not cheap but effective.
My key kept falling apart, the side metal would slide off and take the inner key with it. This prevents that and makes the key look cool as well. Not cheap but effective.

JLR Key Cover
I bought this key cover because my key was beginning to damaged. I had thought of purchasing another replacement key, but I thought the key would be damaged as it has been already due to the key being used in a rough environment that is open to damage. I therefore bought this cover and I have found it ideal, it covers the existing damage and protects the key from more physical damage. I would recommend this product to tidy up the appearance of the key and it protects the key from further damage.

SUPERB!
What a blessing - no more dropping my key on the ground and it breaking apart. A bit of a struggle to fit over initially, but thereafter a wonderful snug fit, looks really shiny and no more broken fob.
