The chair is pretty solid, comes with a massage pillow for your lower back, which is great btw and allow you to lay down completely, I am a tall guy with large shoulders and still de chair is confortable and fits my size really well. Besides of being a good product it came with a loose armrest so I contacted the costumer service of Ficmax for a replacement, in less than 12 hours Carson contacted me via e-mail with a video showing how to tighten the armrest (a step that was not in the assembly manual so I missed it... :( ) and asked me to try to do that before starting the process for a replacement. Well it did work and I have to thank Carson for the video and for the good consumer service.

Easy to keep clean and has a massage feature for the lower back. It's not expensive but the materials are sound enough. Comfort may be down to the individual, however, I have a couple of issues with this after long periods I find the kneck cushion becomes irritating, also I have slipped off at the point of sitting down, as the adjuster was in the forward position, I do not find the footrest in the least comfortable. Sturdiness, a bit wobbly and squeaky, armrests move up and down fine, but they are a bit lose on the horizontal.

Very good gaming chair. Have had it a few months now & it is as good as new. It is very sturdy and the leather padding is durable and comfortable. No bad words to say about this chair and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Arms wobble, they have done since day 1 and has got progressively worse (fed up on tightening various screws)! Its very unstable, if you lean forward and have a little too much weight on he front, the whole chair will flip over. Same happens in lean too much to the side ! I am 90gs and 6ft so its du to be too large for the seat. I have done it twice and landed painfully damaging my shoulder quite badly. The chair also squeaks and creeks a lot. Now the gas lift has failed and it sinks to the ground making it pretty useless as its uncomfortable to sit so low ! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND SHOUDL NOT BE SOLD BY AMAZON. paid 175 for thus rubbish

Really good quality product, was really unsure before arrival of i should have purchased a more well known brand like xrocker, BUT I'm very pleased to report that this chair is so incredibly comfortable and durable! My partner is a semi-pro gamer and spends hours on this chair and has a very bad back and cannot find fault with it!

Looks good but it’s awkward to sit, maybe is me but the little cushion never find a good spot on my back, after a few hours my back start hurting, the seat it’s too long for my legs and I’m not a short person, also doesn’t go as down as I need to. After 3 days the arms get flimsy, in two weeks I’ve had to tighten them a few times. Tried to return it and they say after you assemble it you can’t return it! How in the world am I suppose to try it? Anyway, I’m stuck with this big uncomfortable chair, shame.

Not a bad chair for what you pay for, that being said I got it 30% off on sale. Pretty good chair but there are a few things I’ve been scratching my head about. For example putting up the foot rest is a bit awkward when sitting down, the arm rests don’t go up or down (they do go side to side however), the back and head support you can’t really adjust up or down, and the cable for the back massage isn’t very long making it difficult to plug in. I’m assuming I had a default model as there are 2 settings for the massager but both settings high and low are identical. Again not a bad chair but only really got it when on sale.

Easy to assemble, big enough even for large individuals. But extremely noisy if you move around. Will probably need to apply some oil or something for that. Other than that, it's perfect.

Siège confortable avec un design sympa. Un peu difficile à monter, je me suis aidé de YouTube pour le montage. Vendeur sérieux la livraison était rapide et sans problème.

La silla es muy cómoda, fácil de montar y robusta. Sirve para personas altas ya que su altura máxima es buena y cubre bien el respaldo. Lo único que los reposabrazos quedan muy adelante para mi gusto. Si estas sentado al final de la silla el codo no llega al reposabrazos. EDITO: Me vino alguna pieza de plástico rota (los tubos que tapan el cilindro hidráulico), pero el vendedor se puso en contacto conmigo y no hubo problema en mandarme una de recambio. Da mein Stuhl ziemlich alt war, wollte ich mir unbedingt mal ein neues anlegen und dabei aber nicht soviel ausgeben. Es sollte auch kein normaler Bürostuhl werden, da ich sehr viel am Schreibtisch sitze wegen Programmieren. Also für diesen Preis denke ich, dass es OK ist für diesen Stuhl. Für YouTube video, hier auf mein Profil gehen. Damit es nicht quietscht, legt die Scheiben unter den Schrauben und nicht zu fest anziehen ;) Positiv: - anderes Sitzgefühl als wie ein herkömmlicher Bürostuhl - Kissen rücken und Nacken - Außenleben fühlt sich gut an - Armlehne höhenverstellbar, gepolstert und Rastfunktion auf verschiedenen Höhen - rollt sehr gut - einfach zu montieren. - Stuhlhöhe hochfahren funktioniert sehr gut. - allgemein sehr robust und schwer - Rückenlehne geht weit runter - Beinstütz Kissen auch gut und angenehm Negativ: - keine echte Massage, sondern nur Vibration - Innenleben Hinterteil oben scheint kein guter Stoff zusein, fühlt sich komisch an (als wäre eine Plastik Tüte mit drin) - Armlehnen wackelig (aber nicht in der Höhe, sondern eher nach links und rechts) - Kippfunktion Rückenlehne einwenig grob zu handeln - Stuhlhöhe hängt auch beim runter fahren, mit einem kleinen Rucks geht es dann runter. Zusammengefasst gefällt er mir trotzdem gut und macht ganz schön was her. Gutes Sitzgefühl vor allem die Sitzfläche und die Kissen so wie die Rückenlehne. Kann man sich für den Preis auf jeden Fall bestellen, wenn man in dieser Preisklasse bleiben möchte, für mich war es ein guter Kauf.

Una bella sedia, il prezzo è giusto. Molto comoda, regolabile nello schienale e altezza, questa sedia è perfetta per le lunghe sedute davanti al pc. Mi ci sono addormentato più volte tanto è la comodità. La ricomprerei senza indugio. Montaggio semplice, se non si è pratici 30 minuti, 10 se si sa già come muoversi. Le istruzioni comunque sono chiarissime.

Una marca en la que confiar. Podría hablar de la comodidad, fácil de montar, bonita,etc... Creo que eso es algo personal. Y dependerá de gustos, alturas y manías de cada uno. En mi opinión personal (por eso la compre) ; Es preciosa, cómoda y relativamente fácil de montar. El resto, por el precio, uno sabe lo que obtendrá. Pero realmente quiero hablar de la Marca, o vendedor, que no es algo que se hable por aquí. Quiero quitarme el sombrero por lo el equipo que me soluciono un problema que cualquier marca puede tener. La silla llegó como 4/5 días ANTES de la supuesta llegada. Pero llego con el embalaje en mal estado. Aún así decidí a abrirlo que encontré varias partes dañadas o rotas. Tengo que decir que tras ponerlo en conocimiento y pedir la devolución, enseguida me respondieron haciendo constar su interés y sintiéndo mucho los hechos. Tras un carteo, unas fotos de los daños al vendedor. Casi de inmediato, conseguimos un muy notable acuerdo. Han estado a la altura. El servicio a sido inmejorable y la atención perfecta. Creo que saber que un vendedor te ofrece la garantía y responde por ello, en estos productos que no son baratos...... merece la pena apostar. Comparto mi experiencia si no te decides. Para que sepas que el vendedor SI RESPONDE ante la llegada del producto en mal estado.
