SIMIYA Women's Slip Shorts for Under Dresses, Seamless Smooth Comfortable Stretch Yoga & Bike Shorts

The material is incredibly soft and stretchy, and they feel comfortable enough to wear all day without riding up or digging in. They’re seamless under dresses, which gives a smooth look without any lines showing through. I purchased these for the purpose mentioned above. These are generously sized. I always buy big on shaper type garments, for comfort. I cannot stand being squeezed like a sardine in a can. So as usual, I went up on size with these boy shorts, purchasing XL’s These fit nicely, no binding or riding up on the thighs. I easily could have ordered my true size, L, but these are so comfortable and helpful, I’m keeping them. This is my second set of these ‘shaper/boy shorts’. They are perfect for me. These do not suck anything in, rather, they lightly smooth the area so skirts and dresses glide over nicely. If you want a serious shaper, this is not it. I do wear shapers for dresser evening events. These are too stretchy. Having said that, these are extremely well made, mostly seem less, with nothing to pinch into my skin, or ride up or fall down. These are so amazingly soft. The leg area gives plenty of stretch for a bigger thigh but will still rest nicely around a smaller thigh. These are not the thinnest of materials, but they seem to breathe nicely. I’d call these summer weight. They will not show under a garment, the fabric seems to meld with the body nicely. The leg part is not too short (which always causes them to ride up on me, ugh!), and it covers the upper thighs well. These end way above the knee, so they stay out of sight when i wear skirts or dresses, but I wouldn’t try to wear a mini skirt with these - they’d show. For a skirt that’s not short, these work well. These are NOT workout or yoga shorts. They aren’t thick enough for that and you’d look silly. Think inexpensive, good quality lingerie! They fabric colors are rich, the black is very black and the white is pure white. The nude is just that. It’s a beige. Really a nice purchase. Hey sellers: how about a three pack of only beige shorts? Only white ones? Only black ones? I really just wanted this second purchase to be three beige ones!

I liked that these slip shorts were silky and allowed clothing to slip on easily. The waistband was comfortable and did not roll. The fit was a bit tight, just enough to allow for a smoother look under clothing. The legs were long enough to prevent chafing. They do stretch enough to put on easily. The overall garment construction is excellent. I returned them because there is no cotton lined crotch, not mentioned in product description. The leg hems were visible under my clothes. I am an older overweight female (5' 2" 200 lbs - 3X ordered) and my experience was unique to me. There are more advantages to this product than disadvantages. If you are a normal weight or thin person and the cotton lined crotch is not important to you, then you will likely be very happy with this product.

*Update: these are still great! Been wearing them for a year or so and just bought another pack. My first white pair split a bit on the leg seam after months of wear but can still be worn. Plus that's not bad for wearing all the time, several times a week. These are the best slip shorts for under dresses and skirts! I've tried so many others... But these are the best for rubbing thighs or modesty. I've tried all kinds of shape wear, bicycle shorts and even more expensive specialty slip shorts... These are still better! They are soft and comfy, very stretchy but hold their shape and breathable. They don't bother me even in the Florida heat. Oh and they're not itchy. They don't roll down (I do have to pull them up to natural waist though) or up. The legs don't cut off circulation but stay down comfortably. No pinching at the waist. I almost forget they're on! They don't offer any figure shaping but that didn't matter to me. I can scrunch the legs a bit if I'm wearing a shorter dress or skirt. I ordered larger than my usual size because the last brand I tried ran really small. I'm usually a large/xlarge but ordered xxl and they fit perfectly. I could've gone smaller for a more snug fit. Also, getting a 3 pack for the price of one can't be beat!

This is my first purchase of the Simiya Slip Short Underwear and in my opinion here are the pros and cons. Pros: The material is soft, stretchy and gives a snug fit. The mid-length is long enough to prevent my thighs from rubbing. The leg band is about 3/4 inches wide which keeps it in place and prevents it from rolling up. The waist band is about 1 1/2 inches wide, very comfortable and prevents it from rolling down. It did appear seamless when I wore my jeggings and jeans pants. However, you might want to double-check this if you plan to wear it under thinner or tighter fitting pants. Cons: The slip short did not have a cotton crotch. I always prefer underwear and slip shorts to have a cotton crotch for better hygiene. I am satisfied with my purchase and would consider buying the underwear again. I recommend that they add another style with a cotton crotch so that shoppers can choose their preferred style. *Update for November: I contacted Simiya to share my feedback with them about the underwear and they responded within three days. This was very impressive because most companies wait until five to seven business days to respond and some do not respond all. Therefore, I feel confident that if I were to experience any issues with the underwear that they would also be willing to respond quickly to provide me with a solution. Hence, I gave them one more star for their customer service which means that they now have five stars from me. Well done!

I got these to wear under dresses on a trip to Italy. I’m impressed with how comfortable they kept me through many walking tours in the summer sun. They are slip shorts, not shape wear, which is exactly what I wanted. They were not noticeably hot and kept my thighs from rubbing together. I wanted them to prevent chafing and provide modesty, and they did the jobs perfectly. They will become a staple in my wardrobe. I followed the sizing chart and got the size the chart recommended, which is one size up from my regular size.

They felt fine, fit fine, then ripped on first wear. I got a three back if black. It may have just been a fluke on one pair. Otherwise, I love the two that remain.

These are the best. They are soft and comfortable, you don’t realise your wearing them. They are breathable and do not make you sweat. The no seam between the thighs means they are smooth while moving, the also do not ride up like other brands I’ve tried. Cannot recommend them highly enough for us girls who have thigh chafing while wearing dresses and skirts...
