It is a splash-on liquid which contains ingredients that help soothe and repair irritated skin while sterilizing any cuts or scrapes you might get while shaving. *. If you want an Aftershave Cream, then order ADG "Aftershave Balm." *. If you want a spray bottle of weak fragrance, then order ADG "Eau De Toilette (EDT)." *. If you want a spray bottle of fragrance that lasts longer, order ADG "Eau De Parfum (EDP)." *. If you want to crank up the fragrance to last the longest, get ADG "Parfum." This product, Aqua Di Gio After Shave Lotion, is the lowest concentration of fragrance; lower than cologne, even.

I misread and thought this was the balm that I was used to back in the day. However, love this more as no greasy feeling afterwards. Same great scent as the cologne.

I don’t know if I like the smell because I haven’t opened it. I bought it for a gift for my boyfriend and once it came it says “lotion” on it. Basically, it’s a skin soothing aftershave (in a pour bottle, no sprayer). I’m sure it smells great, but I didn’t want aftershave - and now, even thought it has never been opened and I did not even take off the plastic, it is non-returnable. The description title does say what it really is - I just didn’t read closely enough. So this is a warning to anyone reading this - it’s aftershave!!!

I have always enjoyed using after-shave lotion but was finding it increasingly difficult to fine any liquid after-shave lotions anywhere. My favourite was Bleu de Chanel but that was going to cost about $100 due to the rarety. $46 for this product seemed a bargain.

My wife bought this fragrance for me more than a decade ago. It’s what I want to wear. It has been very difficult to find Acqua … after shave balm … anywhere … not at pharmacies, not at fancy boutiques, not even at Duty-Free shops. I was thrilled to find it AND in a squeezable tube. It was always in a fancy glass bottle and it was a bi**** to get it out!

Thumbs up from my wife and her sisters. I like the fragrance. Not overpowering. Clean smell.
