Next update, my 2nd light broke off at the mount point while riding. Broke off somewhere on the street. Even though I like the light. When it works or does not break off the blue red strobe is awesome cars see me. Plus it’s plain “sick “. Not worth $30 to have to keep replacing it because it can’t stand up to normal skateboard riding. Buy at your own risk. FYI I sent 2 contact requests to customer service no response. Take that for what it’s worth. Update been riding a lot more at night. Light lasted for a maybe a month. The Blue and White lights stopped working about a week ago and now after my last ride the entire light will not turn on. I like the light. People see the red/blue strobe flashing light and they slow down around me. I bought a new one because it does what I want it to do. Makes me visible day or night. Here's hoping iWonder will send me a replacement as a spare. Saw the light. WTH. $20 bucks. I have a Meepo shuffle V4. I wanted to mount up top. The supplied screws did not fit thru the holes. Did not want to force it. Mounted underneath. See video in what I call "cop" mode. Picture of the rear. With all 3 lights flashing you will be seen. The top lights were a different purchase.

The vibration makes it stop working. I only used it for two weeks, and on day 17 it started turning on and off by itself. The design flaw of attaching the circuit board with only two solder points to hold the LED is terrible.

Great lights for visibility, but if you mount under the deck on a longboard, they stick out too far. Always scraping them when trying to transport the skateboard by using the front truck to roll it by the back wheels. It would be perfect mounted on the top of the deck. Great options for flash and color patterns. Great value and easy to install.

I want to start by commending the staff for their response to one of my lights losing the white light setting. Despite being out of warranty, they recognized an honest flaw and decided to refund a new one for me. Out of two, the other one I own is holding up strong and believe this product is reliable to keep around. Now on to the review: I have owned my lights (two of them) for a little less than a year now. The only issue is that one of them does not turn to the white color anymore and I can only use it as a rear light now. I believe I must have shorted it out somehow because honestly I have ridden in them both in aggressive rain several times. However, they are advertised to be waterproof which is my only problem. Other than that I stand behind this product and have had much fun in the dark with them. Compared to Shredlights and leading brands, I think this option really helps to protect the wallet and keeps you legal on the street. I would suggest bringing a flashlight to help illuminate the ground if you are going faster than 15mph in the dark, but these have been fine going at slower speeds to detect rocks, sticks, cracks, etc. Oh and don’t be afraid about their water resistance failing you. You want to try to avoid the rain, but I honestly can say these things hold up when they get wet. Just make sure to let them dry and keep the rubber tab tucked in the charging port.

It’s a great idea but poorly executed. I charged it 3 times before it stopped working. I opened it up and repaired a few solder joints that broke loose. I ride my e-sk8 board every day, but I have 7 inch pneumatic wheels so it can’t be that rough of a ride. I got three more charges out of it before something else came loose and it stopped working for the last time.

I bought these for my electric skateboard for nighttime use and they are very great and bright. They don't help much with seeing cracks or rocks but people can def see you coming from behind or from the front. I love that they are rechargeable but they are just way too expensive and when you place them underneath they move around. They need something to hold them in place and be less and I would give it 5 stars.

These lights are really high quality. They screw onto the skateboard so they’re very secure. And wow how bright! They light up in white and also half blue/half red to give your board a kind of police lights look lol. They spark flash. Costs $60 to do front and back but it’s worth it to trick out your board.

This lights internal durability is not so great. I only went on one run with it attached. It was working great. Until I got to where the side walk met with a roadway. Right where the side walk and the road connected there are these strips of small bumps. I didn’t notice anything wrong until I had gone over four of these strips. Going from sidewalk to road and back on to sidewalk. After I crossed the second road that’s when I noticed it was flashing. Once I fully stopped it just stayed off. I’m guessing the weak point is in how the LEDs and battery are connected. If I give it a good smack. The light will briefly turn on. I might take it apart and see if I can solder it. But I wouldn’t recommend getting this product. Because of how easily it breaks. The mounting system is great. But the light itself needs some work and needs to be able to handle the shock of bumpy roads a lot better.

its defective or not what the advertisement says, because of the solid white seems like workin when u shake it or drop it a little bit more but its honestly bright its just the modes dont work for solid white and solid blue

Not sure why it does red and blue flashing.. cops don’t tend to chase people on a skateboard. Otherwise it’s super bright and makes riding at night safer. Definitely recommend
