Grim Reaper Skeleton Scythe Sickle Weapon Prop Halloween Costumes Accessory

I made my granddaughter a grim reaper costume for Halloween. The sickle was a great prop.

Looks good with the costume

Well it broke in the 1st night my son used it, but I didn't really expect it to last through an 8 year olds trial of fire. What I was really impressed with was the detail and minor features compared to other plastic props we've gotten for costumes. He used a scythe once before and it was completely bland, round black shaft handle and a dull grey flat blade. This one had raised rope braid all down the handle (just a part of the plastic, not real rope, but it really added to the look and feel), and the main blade looked so much more interesting. Had to take 1 star off for breaking in a couple hours, but really this was a big thumbs up prop and I would buy it again.

Very cheaply made. Lots of tears. Fell apart within minutes. It arrives in parts to assemble but the plastic is so that thin those joints break apart easily and can’t go back together.

Bought this for my son's Halloween costume. As anticipated, he was pretty rough with it. The top broke off before the end of the night. He was happy enough to tape it back on!

used this for my daughter reaper costume for Halloween. she loved it!

I bought this for my son's Halloween costume in mid-October. While I was screwing the three parts together, the plastic thread on the top part split and so it just flops about on the handle. Unfortunately, my son was so profoundly disappointed, I ended up promising to get him a new one just like it! I give it two stars because it does look great with a costume, but for the price it should at least last until Halloween!
