Hello, I am also autistic with sensory perception issues.I use the plugs when in (what I feel are disturbing) noisy situations.I carry them with me all the time and have found them of benefit. I do find that certain sounds with a mid range frequency still get through but other than that are very good. You get two pairs and they are easy to clean. They have helped me cope with the outside world and made things more tolerable as a result.. Good luck with them if you decide to buy and note that you will still be able to hear, it’s just quieter and a bit more bearable as a result...

I’m 14 will these fit my ears (for drumming)

I bought them for my 14 year old daughter and they worked well.

Could these be worn in a loud energetic exercise class. And if worn to concerts can you hear the music properly or does it drown it out to much

The exercise class would be fine. I haven’t worn them to a concert but did wear them to a 60th birthday last summer and the music was pretty loud and they helped. However I could not hear what people were saying all night!
