I am a huge fan of Kombucha, you can say that I have acquired a taste for it. So much that when I taste new flavors I am aware of any subtle change. This flavor was like a mouth quenching tropical sunshine summer breeze vacation... Even those who do not enjoy Kombucha will find themselves in love with this delicious brew. I highly recommend it as a starter base to make your own Kombucha. Back in Guatemala when my mom was a little girl, my grandma used to take pineapple shells, some pilloncillo (panela-and unrefined whole cane sugar) and brew some tasty kombucha, which they regarded as a health drink that aided in preventing the many gastrointestinal issues from village life. 10/10 highly recommend
