The Phiten tape is the only tape that works for me on muscle aches. I am allergic to tape but this one does not cause any allergic reaction. It stays on for 3-4 days. This is my 3rd repeat order.

Was disappointed with the product. It might provide some form of relief to some. I bought it because I expected it to have same titanium as the Phiten plasters. This one is just a sticky, stretchy band which I found to be the same when compared to any other sports bands in the market.
