What are the ingredients?

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, salt, butter (cream, salt), corn starch, buttermilk, tricalcium phosphate, nonfat dry milk, whey, sunflower oil, color (annatto extract, tumeric extract), natural flavor, modified food starch, silicon dioxide. Contains MILK.

Does this have any fat at all? Trans or Saturated?

It has: fat 0, Sat. fat 0, Trans fat 0 Cholest. 0, Total carb. 1, Prot. 0, Sodium 180mg/serving and 5 calories per 1 tsp serving. Though one of the ingredients listed is butter, there is a note that "a negligible amount of fat is added".

This contains silicon dioxide (i.e. quartz... sand!!) why are they feeding us sand??? is that really okay to eat?

In general, silicon dioxide is used as an anti-caking agent.. This means that it prevents the clumping of the product and it settling into a semi-solid mass at tje bottom of hje container. The use of silicon dioxide in food is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Agriculture.

Can you use this in baking?

If you mean as a substitute for butter in baking cookies, then I would say no. I've used it on Acorn Squash that I've cooked in the oven. But I would avoid using it in baking cakes, cookies, etc.
