I have to say I’m impressed with how easy and clear the instructions are for this at-home test. As someone who works with lab tests, I’m very particular about how samples are collected and handled, but this kit was thoughtfully put together I think. Every step from collecting the sample to packaging it for return was well explained and complete. Firstly, the instructions are misleading. The instructions say to discontinued your topical meds for 48 hours before collecting the sample. No reason given. So I asked. The reasoning was that it took up to 48 hours to get the cream off your hands. But, to me, that would mean I would not get accurate results. What if I don't use my hands to apply the cream? Which I don't. Why not just say to use gloves for two days or something that would NOT skew the lab results? Secondly, the samples are indeed sent to Germany, after going to Oregon first, which caused my results to take four weeks. I even had to send an email checking on them. And finally, the lab report is very confusing. I've used ZRT in the past, but thought I'd try Versana. Never again. I find it odd that ZRT is in Beaverton, Oregon, and the Versana samples are sent to Beaverton before being shipped off to Germany.

The package was as described, and the instructions were easy to follow. I was able to take the test and am just waiting for my results. Highly recommend!
