Working great

It was a balanced and a perfect fit for a 14” wok. It does have venting holes, so this was a personal choice. I’m sure it would work very well, but I opted for a cast iron 5 point base for my range. It would probably be more energy efficient to hold in the heat than an open version.

It works! I recieved a round bottom wok as a gift for the holidays and was looking at the different rings out there. For one reason or another I picked this one. While I do wish I got something that stayed in place a little better, I'm still content with this choice. My favorite part about it is that it's the perfect size and height/depth. My wok's bottom gets nice, low, and close to the flame. It's also very lightweight which I guess is both good and bad. The biggest downside is that it's easy to inadvertently move around when you're playing with your wok tossin' those veggies about. But it isn't anything a quick poke or pull with the spatula can't handle. In another life I think I may have liked to have tried one of the cast iron ones with notches to stay on the stove top grates, but you have to appreciate what you have. It works just fine.

Perfecct for my 14" wok

I bought a chef wok for stir fry which is very round and my stove top rack is plat. Wok keep on falling over quite dangerous so I have to look for a wok friendly rack. This one is just OK but more practical than other style. It's round so it can only sit on top of my original stove rack. It's too light weight and will shift around so you really still need to hold and manage your wok during cooking. But I am keeping it cause I Cant find anything else. Price is always great. I guess I just have to look for one from China and ship it here for permanent solution.

Does the job

This is a stand for a wok to support it over heat. It's most effective over a gas flame. I have electric, so (meh). But the ring itself is great and does its job well.

This was my first wok ring purchase. Had difficulty figuring out what size would be good because my wok was a smaller size. Unfortunately, the ring did not fit properly so it was returned. Figuring out the proper size of wok ring I should need was confusing. The quality of the wok ring was otherwise very good.

The wok ring fits most standard woks & my husband loves it! Good value & highly recommend.

Its overpriced and may not work for you. It is only for larger commercial style hobs.

They're great. Metal is a little thin, but they're fine. They serve their purpose. Highly recommend.
