My husband and I really love this faucet. It was very easy to install, and has been a pleasure to use. It looks great in our kitchen, and the extra strong top sprayer is fantastic, It powers off lots of thick messes. Just be careful how you aim the sprayer and the angle of the surface you are spraying -- it can deflect pretty far! The customer service of this company is outstanding. They fixed a problem after we had the faucet for two years! And they are fast and courteous in their responses. One of our adult kids got one for his house, because we liked ours so much. I HIGHLY recommend this faucet. We would definitely buy the same one again.

Bought to replace 20 yr. old Moen. Was leery of quality since was way less $ than name brands. Came beautifully packaged and looked like an expensive and quality product. Installation was a breeze (once I spent 3 hrs. getting old faucet out.) When finally hooked up and turned on the water what an immediate difference. Great pressure, beautiful to look at and convenience features that I had been missing out on with the old faucet. My initial impression is that this product more than rivals the more the expensive brands. I hope time will support and confirm my initial level of satisfaction. I will update after it has been in use for a few months. For now, I am VERY PLEASED with everything about this faucet and would recommend to anyone wanting a great value.

So far so good. It was easy installation without having to hire a plumber. Of course my wall connections were corroded so it was more of a job than just the sink... so it took lots of patience and a few choice words but it was installed in a day. But the matte black looks great and loving the matching soap dispenser. I was able to locate a matching dishwasher aerator at the big box store for a few bucks. The weight and magnet combo help to get the nozzle back where it’s supposed to go. The neck arch is high, one of the reasons I purchased this product. I don’t have to move the neck to fill a large pot. This same type of faucet in the big box store is about $250. Worth the savings.

In the past I've always bought Moen stuff and appreciated the quality. So I was a bit worried spending less than $100 on kitchen pull down faucet. But I have to admit, I've been very pleased so far. It looks really nice with my new granite countertop and has worked perfectly for these last few months. I guess time will tell if the quality holds up. I do wish they would have used a metal housing for the spray nozzle instead of plastic. It's the only part of this that looks/feels cheap. Add another $5-$10 to the price and go all metal finishes and this would have been 5 stars.

I absolutely love this faucet. I don’t use a dishwasher so it’s important to have a faucet that makes washing dishes a little easier. The pull down sprayer is dreamy and makes jobs like filling pots or rinsing a mop head a snap. I find that I have to clean this more frequently than a stainless steel faucet as the matte black shows every speck of dust, dirt, and water marks but a quick wipe at the end of the day is all it takes. We used the soap dispenser to cover the hole from the sprayer on our old faucet and it worked out perfectly. No leaks, no weird noises, and no discoloration. Even if it only lasts a few years it’s a great value at $85. The style is beautiful and rivals other faucets we looked at that cost well over $300.

Just to preface , I’m no plumber. But I have installed many faucets before. To me it is never what I would consider “easy.“ Even with the right tools getting up under a sink is not fun. Once installed, it worked perfectly. And still does. It cleans up well even around stains and latex paint...Both of which ended up on the main handle by accident. The hose weight works perfectly as well. It took a few adjustments to get it right.The high pressure sprayer is the best part. This thing knocks food off even dried up “teenager room” dishes. My only worry is the one single nut that holds it all on. It has not loosened yet but I can see it happening eventually. In hindsight I should have put some thread lock on it. So might want to try that on your install. This is one very nice kitchen sink sprayer for the money !!!!

Just installed about a week ago. This is being used in a rental property which is currently vacant. Will have to update review later about its durability after some use. The faucet is built well, looks nice and has good pressure. In addition to the sprayer feature it has an additional spray feature that is a strong, hi pressure spray that is great for cleaning hard stuck on foods. See video.

Was apprehensive to buy it since it is way less expensive than the brands but I can say that I am impressed and so happy I order it. Looks great, functions great, water pressure is great and all around just a great faucet. I know I use great a lot but honestly, I just love this faucet. Great value for the money!

Lo estrene apenas en este año, pero desgraciadamente a los tres meses, empezó a descarapelarse, estoy desepcionada, ya que no cumple con lo que dice la descripción y para el precio, no valió la pena y eso que yo soy muy cuidadosa, totalmente desepcionada

Update August 2021: Still have not been able to contact seller This is garbage so not buy this junk Lost all water pressure on the hot water Tried a few times to get seller to contact me with the call feature provided on Amazon No response Purchased in April 2021 stopped working in July 2021
