I love this planter and catch myself looking at it every time that I enter the room! It's such a beautiful decorative piece and super easy to install. I paired it with the following: Miltonson Artificial Succulent Plants - 18 Pack - Premium Fake Plants - Double Flocked Succulents - Realistic Textured Cactus - Face Succulent Plants - Mini Feaux Succulent. For the rocks, I bought 3 packs, 12 pounds total. Sounds crazy, but you need a good amount for layering. For the black, I bought the Glofish Aquarium Gravel, Solid Black, 5-Pound Bag. For the white, I mixed Midwest Hearth Natural Decorative Polished White Pebbles 3/8" Gravel Size (2-lb Bag) with Glofish Aquarium Gravel, White, 5-Pound Bag. You are better off mixing and using aquarium gravel if you want to save some money. The decorative white pebbles are pricey.

They are nice, I think a little overpriced at $45+ for a set of three, but it is what it is. Mine came with a couple mark of chipped paint, but since I have them up higher it’s not noticeable. I wouldn’t use them for real plants that have to be watered. If you are using small items to be layered, just know to make sure to get it right the first time. Oh! I also took an idea off of another review and cut used the styrofoam from the packaging to stick behind the filler so I didn’t have to add as much and to make it less heavy. It ends up being an expensive wall decor after buying everything to fill it up, so to save a bit of money I stuffed the styrofoam inside.

While these look incredible up on my wall, it was extremely difficult to put plants into it. Prior to putting them on the wall I read through the comments for advice on putting real plants in and how watering was going to be possible. I found that people were saying that it will leak on the wall if you leave as is. We decided to put a plastic bag inside, fill with soil, and them pot the plant into the plastic bag. We also glued decorative rocks onto a sheet and put in front to hide the soil bags. Like I said they turned out fantastic, but took us over an hour to get it right. Regardless, I will probably be purchasing more which is why I still gave it 4 stars.

Great wall planters. I used fake succulents, river rocks, and moss in my design (well actually my husband put them together as he did a better job than me). I dont know how well these would work if you put live plants in them as it may be difficult to maintain. The only thing i would change about them is the way they affix to the wall. They are designed to screw directly into the wall which would make taking them off to water (in case of real plants) or change out plants very difficult. It also means you have to put them on the wall and then fill them which would be messy and inconvenient. Instead, my husband put a screw at the top so we could just place them securely on the screw and easily remove them. I painted the screw gold, and it blends right in. Overall, a great purchase!

I bought these planters in gold to add some color/life to our newly remodeled grey and white small bath. it arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I new from the reviews that you have to hang them first on the wall then to fill them (a little tricky). I've used the hardware that came with them with no issue (some for the studs and others for the drywall). To avoid the planters to be too heavy (and too because I didn't have a lot of white stones)(I used the extra lava rocks we purchased for our gaz fire pit) I've put some foam as a filler. Only added some succulent soil in the small one for the "string of Pearls". The other planters only have some air plants in them. (Easy to remove from time to time to give them a bath if the humidity brought by the shower is not enough). It looks very pretty. These planters are beautiful (only the big one has 2 tiny "extra drop?" of paint that looks darker on the left, right and top (you can see on the photo). I've noticed when I've unwrapped it, but no longer now that it's filled. I would recommend for sure.

I don’t have much to add that hasn’t already been said. You have to install on the wall before you can fill with roc’s, dirt, plants etc but the finished product is well worth the extra little effort. So unique and cool. I do have a tiny tip. In order to get the dirt in with additional moisture I filled a cup with dirt and then made it slightly muddy with a few spoon fulls of water. It slides into the cracks and fills nicely without being dusty. After a day I’m going back with a dry craft paint brush and will brush off the minimal dirt from the wall and leaves to clean it up. Even if I don’t do that, no damage done and no dripping or drainage. I’m thinking a turkey blaster to water conservatively down the road.

…….you want too. I really did, so I covered the screw hole with pieces of packing tape. Then I clued the glass in place to stop any leaking. Then lined the back with waterproof wallpaper, both inside and back. You have to find a strong screw or nail to hang the planter. Make a hole in the wallpaper to accommodate. I wanted orchids as the main focus, but used the artificial plants that fit the spaces. It remains to be seen if the plants can cope. I’d love this anyway with all artificial.

I love these planters. My photo doesn’t do it justice. Easy to install, good quality metal. Only slightly fiddly trying to plant them with real soil and plants, but doable. My plants are still settling in. Think they’ll look even better when they’ve grown a bit. I took someone else’s suggestion and used sealant on the screws and a bit around the inside of the glass. Succulents don’t need a ton of water so there shouldn’t be any leakage from the glass, I just didn’t want moisture from the soil seeping in past the screws into my wall. Have had so many compliments on how they look. Have bought another set to have a full display above my couch. Love them!

These are great , colour I bought was gold and a very nice gold. Sturdy and glass had little slots so stayed put when putting stones in which makes it so much easier. Will be purchasing some more

It's a great decor for inside or for outside as well
