I was so skeptical when my husband offered to administer Icy Hot Spray for my severe Neuropathic Foot Pain. The doctors always told me there was nothing I could do to stop it. But my husband who has used Icy Hot Spray since it first came out swears by it . I finally gave up arguing ( or as my deceased mother-in-law always called it "I finally gave up "argering" and told him, It can't hurt to try. I was really taken aback when within 5 minutes the pain was gone. Instead of coming back in a manner of minutes, it was a manner of a day. When it did return, the Icy Hot worked again. After that it hasn't worked completely every time, but when it does work the relief is heavenly. I'm a convinced customer.

It works temporarily but not very long but it does help. It probably doesn't work as good for me as it does for others because I had surgery on my neck. They botched it up and I have a steel plate in four screws in my neck. That's where I've been using it. It does dry quick. I have a pinched nerve in my neck that won't go away. So I thought this would help. Like I said it does help for a little while but it has improved the pain. But unfortunately because of the pinched nerve nothing seems to work for a long period of time. I have been taking extra strength Aleve and that doesn't even help and it's supposed to work for 12 hours. I am in so much pain and I don't know what to do. I don't want surgery again because this was 3 years ago and there's probably a lot of scar tissue and I don't trust somebody to move my steel plate. Sorry I didn't mean to get so personal but it is about this product. Those of you that don't have a pinched nerve and cracking and popping like I do all across my neck. It would probably work great for someone else that doesn't have what I have. Like I said I don't regret buying it. I like the fact that it's got 4% lidocaine in it. Lidocaine really helps. I wasn't sure about that I see hot but between the two ingredients it does help a little bit for a little while. The top was really hard to get off so I just threw it away and don't used to lid anymore because it's so hard to get off so I leave it off. Good luck everybody and I hope it works for you. Like I said I'm very lucky that it helps at least temporarily and then I spray it again. And it actually does numb it. So that's a good thing. And I would like to talk about the Amazon person that dropped it off. Usually by time I get to the door to get my order the person is already in the truck. I've always left instructions to ring the doorbell so I could get it right away. And most of the time they don't ring the doorbell. But the last girl who came twice she did ring the doorbell and she was very kind and very sweet and she took the time out to talk to me for about a minute and I really liked her. Then she went to ring my doorbell but I got to the door because I seen her through the window so she didn't have to but she was going to. I wish all Amazon people that drop off our packages where is great as her. On the email that asks about your shipping I checked off all the choices they give you to ask about your shipping experience. I wish they were all like her.
